No change for me retired off grid and only go to town once and a while.
Have had several folks out this week to ride and none of them seemed to worried.
I don't watch TV so I've hardly noticed the panic-demic.

My wife had to remind me of that as I was greasing reels and wiping dust off the rods last night.

Christ Chance.....if they do that here in Oregon , I'm going to go insane. I have like 1.5 weeks left of busing my ass and then I'm heading to the coast with my diving gear. I just now talked to my buddy that has his property down right off the Nehalem bay , and he said all city ramps and docks have been closed. For me ( right now ) shouldn't affect me slapping on my wetsuit and doing some diving. Gonna be super pissed if they put a stop to that!

If it’s a statewide shutdown we are both screwed my friend. I greased all of my reels last night to stay busy and had that bubble busted. I drove to the pier this morning and the gate is closed. No riding, no fishing. Fuckin art supply stores are shut. I already washed a clean bike twice.
On the plus side, when it does open up I’ll be ready for fishing. If it opens.

I know something you can do. Get that 12-2 NM stapled up. Rerout that 14-2 while you're at it. It looks like shit.

Sorry, bored.

I have a question for you. Hopefully you will see this.

How do you organize your files? I try to give descriptive names to the gcode files for a particular part but it just doesn't work that well.

I bought a really fast RC truck off Amazon, and drove it into a curb breaking the steering knuckle on the first use.

So after that waste of 15 minutes, I’ve taken my daughter hiking a few times in between trying to figure out how to teach her how to do math the way they teach her at school which has been an absolute disaster.

After 2 days of hard rain and already saturated early spring ground I discovered my sump pump wasn't working at 11 o'clock last night. Got water in a quarter of the basement about 2 inches at it's deepest. Put in a new one this morning and cleaning up now. So that sucked.

Not trying to answer for him but we do a folder structure where all files under a certain machine go in the specific "part#" sub folder. Also, we use history files to list everything ever done to a file and to show when it's released for production.
It sounds like maybe you are doing more one-off contract work though?

To answer the OP, I've been doing walks with dog, little bike rides and working on my 125 project in garage.

Different rods for different fish, and techniques. Tossing spoons, back bouncing, trolling, floating. Most of the fishing I do is for salmon. Sometimes the river conditions dictate how I’m going to fish as well.

I'm a sloppy file and folder keeper. I need to get all the past iterations of a program out of the working folder. If I did that it might make more sense. I'm just a hobbyist but I have a shitload of programs, mostly for guitars.

Its been cold, windy and snowing so I've just stayed inside, stoked the fire and ate too much. The grow season is short up here so I do a little indoor gardening to stretch it out. I transplanted the medicine today with plans to do the tomatoes tomorrow.

What kind of light are you using? I used to use a 1000w metal halide and 600w High Pressure Sodium on a Sun Circle.

Our irrigation water got turned on early this year, almost filled the pool this weekend. Decided I didn't really need to heat that thing over the next few weeks if I am not going to be using it that much. We are supposed to have at least a few nights this week below freezing and with the wind also, it was just going to be a waste of energy I think.

Maybe next weekend, though!

Nice set up... How much of a bump to your electric bill to run lights?

I'll stick with outdoors. No lights compare to the real thing.

Ha! Oh man , I'm the same damn way. Thought I'd only need / want one or two rods and reels....
.then about 15 rod and reel combo's later , I still feel under prepared. But......my next fishing adventure , won't be needing any of them!

You lucky bastards. I'd love to grow my own, but I don't have the time and the store is a 1/4 mile away.

I want that VW stool. That is bad ass!

Those plants will be going outside the end of May. I start indoors and progress until they get planted outdoors. I got 19lbs from 10 plants and this year I'm growing 12 and started a month earlier. I'm shooting for 30lbs this year. I don't notice the lights because my average power is only $60-120 a month

This is last years

Yep, that’s how it goes. I’m just waiting for the shutdown to be over. I priced out all my gear for spear fishing.
Figure I’ll grab a few items each week.
Although a 36-42” AB Biller is on the list, I’m including a new pole spear. The Shaka Carbon Black 8’ and a Gatku Nine er are very nice along with a Head Hunter I like the break away option tied to a bouy . When you get a chance Jeffro503 look into the pole spears. Lots of options. For what we’re looking at the Gatku is what I’m leaning towards. Nine foot, three section. Check ‘em out.

$250 a month increase. Generator or alternate power source would be ideal.
