Your bike is SWEET. What kind of tire shine are you using in those first pictures?

Finally got around to installing my Raptor Apex Ti pegs. Could tell they were slightly lighter than my Ti Pro Pegs, so I weighed all 3 of my sets against each other. First photo just to show the scale was zeroed out with the paper towel first. Pro Pegs ~2oz lighter than stock, Raptor Apex ~3oz lighter than stock.

This is what we resort to under quarantine Laughing Stay safe fellas.

This might be a weight weenie thing.
Does any know the difference in weight from the stock battery to a WPS Fire Power?

Anyone else experiencing front brake drag?
My front wheel wont spin freely for more than 3-5 seconds.
Put a new disc and pads on it, changed fluid, cleaned all the slide pins. Stock lever.
The pistons in the caliper only retract about 1mm, maybe time to change the seals? (2019, 90hours)

Also, is it possible to polish the coated lower fork surface? I have got a few scratches in them, thus making the fork leak altough i put new seals in it.

Had a similar problem with the back, ended up cleaning the piston and working it back and forth about 20 or so times to free it up .

I'll sell the Pro Pegs for $150 shipped in the US if anyone in here is interested. I haven't listed it on eBay yet, but will at some point in the next couple weeks (listing for $175 there).

Got some cerakote finished on mine last night with the help of my buddy @millhollowcoating in Ohio. To do it right is a LOT of work. But damn did it turn out good! Ignore the hubs they are for a different project I’m working on.

Also anyone have the service manual they can take photos of the water pump bearing and seal instructions?

They did mine. I like it. It was very plush before but the damping was too soft and it bottomed. I messed with a stiffer spring on one side and oil levels. Finally had them do it. I'm 5'10", 175lbs and 63 years old. Ride Cahuilla, Pala, Barona, Glenn Helen main tracks.

@Premix - looks like you only need the assembly/installation page, but let me know otherwise. Stuff looks great, can't wait to see it all together.

Well I made some changes to the bike over the winter and got to test while I practice my social distancing at Broome-Tioga yesterday

Bike was pretty much stock last year except for a Hinson Clutch, Graeme Brough revalve, Ride Engineering performance link, and some ECU calibration I did. I run 93 pump gas. Over the winter I made the following changes:

-Ride Engineering 22 mm offset clamp with bar mount
-Renthal 839 (CRF 2018+) fatbar
-JE high compression piston (13.5:1)
-FMF 4.1 RCT Ti with SX header
-GUTS firm seat foam
-Works Connection Superlite Ti foot pegs
-Works Connection bling
-Acerbis skid plate (no more dented frame rails or busted ign covers ... 😬)
-

Major power increase with the high CR piston and FMF pipe. I spent most of the day dialing in the off-idle, so it wasn't so touchy when you initially turn the throttle. There is more work to do, but the bike really pulls 3rd out of corners now. I may even try a 49 rear again since the bike has more torque. Mid and top felt good too although I was taking it pretty easy for my first ride out since October! I had to add fuel all through the low/mid and then retarded timing quite a bit down there to smooth it out until about 1/2 throttle. No knock on 93 pump gas yet. So far so good!

My stock seat fell apart at my knees, so I put new guts foam on. I've run their medium foam on my 2016 which felt nice when new, but then got very soft as it broke in. I went with the firm foam this time... I really hope this one softens up because I legit have bruises on my ass cheeks after yesterday haha.

The bars are pretty similar bend to stock, just a little lower and a little less sweep. Felt like I could stay up front in the corners better than I remember, and the shorter offset seemed to help on some of the flat corners with no ruts.

Overall - im looking forward to this season once we're allowed outside again! At least it gives me a few more weeks to drop some lbs so I can ride more than 2 laps at a time haha.

Will do. My medium foam took about 15 hours to start to soften up from what I remember.

PC did mine and I love it! Very predictable, over jumped some stuff and can up pretty short and both ways it felt like the bike wasn’t disrupted by either scenario. Very confidence inspiring... Forks feel great going thru braking bumps.

Just did a suspension service at 30 hrs. Fluid looked rough, came out black. The shock is kind of a pain with needing the Racetech needle filler thing.

Yeah I bought a pc bladder cap so I didn't need a needle.
