How did 722 get to run that number rather than his given 97? Thought that wasn’t allowed, kinda like when Hansen wanted to run 100. ??

Was the 250 main start shot by satellite imaging? The camera was so high I thought maybe it was shot with a helicopter above the stadium or perhaps it was the view from the military jet flyover?
