Last time i had drinks with RC in Destin, the split was fairly even, some assets were sold to ease tensions, his boat he docked in Destin was sold, he hardly used it anyway. Condo, stuff that was just there to park money really. I didnt ask, only know what he'd volunteer over drinks.

I,m sure the list is much longer, that,s. A part of Life. Had a amazing surprise engagement party, too many details. But the next day she says I,m so in Love with you, can,t wait to get married. Then she says I feel like the pressure is off and I don,t have to do anything in the relationship anymore. I laugh and say good 1 your so funny. She is not being funny.

She brings her kids out to the motocross track to ride. I haven’t seen any man with her, but I suppose she could he married again.... She is really nice, I’ve met her, she is good friends with one of my close friends. Mike lives pretty frugal, it doesn’t seem like he ended up with a whole lot of money, but who knows. He seems like he’d be smart with his money.

So after whiskey throttle we now know that the RC Suzuki contract was 1.7 million with no race win bonus.
Yeah, but he also said his best year was 9 million. So if he made 9 million in ONE year, I’m sure he’s doing just fine even after the divorce.

Was that all contracts for that year or just the bike contract?
What would the tax rate be for something like that?

It was hard to hear because several people were talking at once but I believe GL actually said 4.7 million.

Suzuki got Chad cheap he had burned a lot of bridges so he took out a big insurance policy on himself to win the championship he made him self an extra million. Because he’s not very good. At not trashing his team and bike on the mic

Wow, so how much was the total of the year before when he was on win bonus only.

And what would the tax rate be in USA.

Reed was signed to a SX only contract with Suzuki but decided he wanted to do MX last minute so had to back himself.
Also funny how he apparently burnt all these bridges yet he was signed with most teams/ factories at least twice.

I thought it was common knowledge that no one before or since has made more money than RC/ JS/ CR in their prime?

I assumed he was referring to jackpot. How does one extrapolate a number from "9 bar"?

After much thought, J-Law was probably the highest when he signed his contract.

People may roll their eyes but I don't think RC's primary focus for winning was the money. That guy was a pure competitor. They could of paid him millions without requiring any wins or bonuses for wins...he wanted to win no matter what and he wanted to win every moto of every race. RC might not be great in the booth or might seem like a dick to some people but there's no denying the guy always wanted to win.
He had said on the WTS that his greatest motivation to win on a Suzuki was for the team. I'm sure money factored in but he seemed to think that rewarding his team was greater motivation for himself/

Fed tax now on 550k is 163k. Cal. St. Income 52k. Democratic president in the 90,s. Was 15% higher fed tax. Worked in another country in. 90,s, 38k bonus, after 2 countries taxed it- was 11,800 net. A pal worked at a custom car shop, packer linemen had check stubs of 5,900 per week in 1995 in his car. Trucking rates r way down for over a year, heart beat of the economy. If I was a 10 place racer now, ride out of your skin. To run into top 5. Even if it,s for 3. Laps. To get. On a team. With. Secured. Sponsorship

About 80% of divorces and separations are initiated by the woman.

No fault divorce is part of a well lawyered asset separation industry designed by feminists.

Is this the most recent whiskey throttle? I have not listened to one yet. This might as well be my first.

Everything is a secret in this sport. We need a media outlet like ESPN to report in that type of information. An outlet that is bigger than each individual Rider and doesn't care about hurting a riders feelings and getting black balled.
Have you heard of Steve Matthes or The Pulp MX Show? Obviously there are things he keeps close to the vest, like all reporters in all sports that they've specifically been asked to keep to themselves, but he shares a LOT of the info he gets every weekend. There are riders that like him, hate him, or feel indifferent but he keeps his takes pretty subjective.

Your tax liability is always zero... you just need to figure out how to get there
