Another one is.... “We need to grow the sport”
The sport will not grow with decreasing bike sales, period!!!!
"We need to grow the sport" means we need to find ways to increase sales and participation. Some can buy used and still participate.

Another one... “We”

Joey, who is this “we” you speak of when you give your interviews?

I guess that’s not really a cliche, but it annoys the shit out of me so thought I would throw that up!

Damn!! I was just about to post "We" and then any sentence that follows. I rode like shit, the team repaired my bike. We did nothing together. For the record I also don't like "We're pregnant"...gives me the shivers haha. Also, Keys to the race - shouldn't they just say "Be the first rider to cross the finish line at the end of the race"..?

Say a bunch of things about why they rode like shit and then follow up with " No excuses though!!" haha

I cringe every time I hear the question: What is going through your mind right now? or What does it mean to you? Along with the assorted "I mean", "you know" and "like,like,like,like….." Home school sounding illiterates. Does anyone practice interviews on camera and watch how dumb they sound?

There are lot of people, in addition to the rider involved in a win. Do you think Mitch Payton and the team contribute nothing to a Pro Circuit win, it's all rider... ? Did the rider build the engine, maintain the practice bike, setup his own suspension, build the practice tracks, find his own marketing to fund the team...? Proper way is to say "I' when you fk up and "we" when you do well.

The cost of four strokes is killing the sport, here is a video on how to put thousands more into it.

What are you tired of hearing? I think what makes me roll my eyes the most is when someone says one to you as if they're the first person to say it.

Example: Want to make a million dollars racing? Start with 2 million!
Correction, "Want to lose a few hundred thousand in racing, start with 2 million."

“Greased”
“Send it”
“Kit”

I could go on and on all day. People just need to ride their damn bikes and quit worrying about looking and sounding cool. You want to be cool, learn how to ride.

"At the end of the day..."

What really makes me scream out loud though is when I hear someone gave it "110%".... really?!? First of all, that's not a real number. It's 0-100%. 2nd - if you gave it 110%...why not 120%? Why not 150%??? Drives me fucking insane!

My Mom didn't put too much into learning about professional motocross. However every time we had the races on in the house she would always say " I could have told you that , whats tip 2 don't fall down?".
