Yeah it's a different knuckle as well. Makes the shock more progressive, softer initially then gets stiffer.

Wow gotcha. I don't see it on their site - price and did you just get it early or ?

Look forward to a ride report!

It will be on there eventually. Yeah I think they only had a few right now. Starling has one on his MEC bike that's for sale.

Yeah waiting is worth it for sure. Florida the dealers are stingy. But it was 9300 then 700 tax for the title.
I just purchased a 2020 Kx450f brand new in Clearwater for $8800 out the door yesterday. They offered a brand new 2020 Suzuki for $6800 out the door

Did u guys have to use a thicker washer on the rear brake for clearance on the rekluse clutch cover? The paper it came with said kx450f 10+ needed to use the washer provided but mine didn't have a provided washer..

I know when I put a Rekluse on my 14' 450 it had a spacer for the rear brake. It was probably 5mm or so. Have you already installed it?

Nah just got it in today, was just wondering if I needed to space it out so I could go ahead and find a spacer before I install it

I didn’t get or use any washers on my rear brake when I installed the Rekluse clutch cover that came with my Rekluse Radius CX kit. Give them a call, they are very helpful!!!

Today was a day of a lot of first. First four stroke, first new bike, and my first time washing to front end and landing on my head 3 times in one practice. But it was still a good day racked up a solid 1.8 hours on it.

I broke in my 2019 kx450 over the weekend, 1st ride. Next day I washed my bike and did an oil change and changed the oil filter. Anyways I torqued my the screws on the oil filter cap to 106 inch pounds and this is what happened....

I guess I am lucky that I felt it move. Why do you think this happened?

If I remember right there was a misprint I thought in the owners manual on this spec. This is about the only bolt o do not torque with a torque wrench.... I do it by feel.

It’s aluminium, don’t torque it too much. Just lightly. With helicoil you should be able to fix that..

Just better chain slider/guide/ roller like usual. There's lots of pipes, maybe it just says 2019 but it's the same.

don't use a torque wrench on bolts that small....just go by feel. Be careful torqueing the engine hanger bolts and oil drain bolt.

2020 is exactly the same as the 2019, just green number plates.

I am officially part of the tribe. I bought a new left over 19' at a killer deal! I bought it Saturday, went straight to the track, broke it in, and am still smiling. What an awesome bike! At 6'1, I felt a little cramped but moved the foot pegs and bar mounts tonight. I'm hoping the forward bar position doesn't make the steering feel awkward, it almost seems like something in the middle of the two would be best. I also rode a 19' Honda 450 the weekend before and am super happy I went with the Kawi. Both killer bikes but I prefer the feel and look of the KX.

There is actually 4 handlebar positions. If you look closely you will see the mounts are offset. I am 6'4 and ride in the #3 position, it basically puts the bars right in the middle of the forks.

Already posted in For Sale, but got buried pretty fast. So, figured I'd post it here since its specific.

I have a set of black Flo Motorsports Pro 160 levers off my 19 kx450; all hardware, stickers, etc. included. Only 2 rides with them and just prefer the feel of the stock ones. If anyone wants them, make a reasonable offer.

Anybody running the 22mm ride engineering clamps? I’m thinking about taking advantage of their sale.
