So what skid plates are everyone running? I've never broken a engine cover before, but I'm considering going with the big-boy Works Connection or Acerbis plates with engine protection after this!
Go with the Works Connection full coverage skid plate. For me....i think all of the bikes need these. I get hit with so much roost and rocks when i ride so i figure the bike needs it. The WC skid plate fits perfect, doesn't rattle or make excessive noise, it's vented with drilled holes so the motor won't heat up, it has a drain plug hole, and it does it's job.

I am running the Acerbis skid plate and it seems really stout for a plastic skid. I am running the linkage guard to. I wish I would have had the option for the green linkage guard though!!

New engine mounts for 2021? Swap posted pics from Japan’s championship, and mentions the Kawi engine mounts being stock but they aren’t, but look very production. Check out how thin that upper mount is, and they got rid of the drilled hole in the front mount.

I just got hold of a new Kawasaki EFI tuner.
Does anybody have a resource for some good maps to try, besides the one that Keefer has used?

I'm more interested in the front sprocket cover than the engine mounts! Lol.

Also that KHI carbon skid plate is 👌

Does anyone know if the rear shock absorber of the 2016-2018 also fits into the 2019-2020?
I Know the Showa A kit shocks will not fit, tried to move the one from my 16 onto the 19. A production shock MIGHT fit because of the smaller crossover between body and reservoir compared to A kit, but why bother? The production 19 has the larger HSC adjuster assembly, its very similar to a kit body sans a restriction option for tuning.

Just install 18 rotor ,no need to switch hangers

Probably works but you won't be using all of the rotor surface.
That's why you are going to a smaller rotor, too much surface

I actually re bled it and it stopped dragging again. I got the smaller bracket for $30 off vital so I'm just holding onto it for now. I like moto stuff and their rear is only 240 as well.
