Preaching to the choir I know but I'm done watching Motocross on TV.

I want to see both motos same channel, same day!

I myself missed almost every race this year, for my difficult ass it was just too much trouble to
get things scheduled or arranged to watch..

Just saying, you can think its trivial but for me it was a complete pain in the ass i'm not willing to adjust to
by the time i get it scheduled or watch i've already seen results somehow on social media or friends

Get a roku and nbcsports gold like a normal person and you wont have that issue.

If only they offered a service where you could watch the both motos on the same platform, live or on demand... that would be a service worth paying for!!! Maybe when cars can fly...

FFS, is it really that complicated? Do you know how to work a DVR? Damn. I work weekends and somehow managed to record every race and not miss a minute.

It's a pain in the ass but you'll miss it when the nationals are inevitably pay-per-view only. I get up Saturday morning, search around for the various motos, set the DVR, and watch it all on Sunday fast-forwarding through the commercials and fluff. I can whittle 4 hours of programming down to 2.5 that way.

Yeah right! They’d probably charge some crazy price like a one time payment of $90 for a full year of racing. I’ll continue paying $250 a month for cable, I can’t believe something like that would ever exist.

$90?!? Bro that would only be $3.10 per race! There's no way

What choir are you preaching to, reverend? I watched every race in the same place (Gold App), within an hour of the end of the last race, and I live on the other side of the planet. Only reason I didn’t watch live, is because I don’t want to wake up at 2 a.m.
if you think it’s too difficult to change channels, welp, see ya later, “super fan.”

The Gold/NBC Sports app is worth every penny. Being able to watch races live, or when you want is perfect. My wife and I had a long drive to make one Saturday afternoon and I switched from the TV to the tablet and watched all the motos seamlessly. It's worth the $100 to me.

Hell I was watching DVR'd SX's from this past season last night to kill time. By now I forgot who won which rounds so it's like new again! Not sure what to do with my Saturday nights from now til January...…..

As bad as the viewing quality was via my roku, I was still happy to have all the races when I wanted them.

I think the jumping around to watch a race, is affecting more people than you guys think. I know at least 4 people in my very small circle of enthusiast that just quit looking for it.

When you tune in to watch a stick and ball sport the complete game is on the same channel. But motocross gets tossed all over that place.

And the NBCgold deal. I bet more people watch racing on tv than on the internet still

Again, you dont need DVR. Its on demand automatically. Also, you dont sit on the internet. You sit on your couch and watch it through your tv..

WTH are you talking about???
I watch it whenever I want! Usually multiple times. I watch on my big screen using a fire TV or Xbox. Plus instead of skipping the commercials, I get to watch the racing that happens during the commercials.
If you're going to debate at least know what you're debating. No one has to miss life sitting in front of screen to watch it.

I set my DVR recorded the first two Lucas races. Then nothing for weeks and weeks. Looked the other day and I had all of the races recorded. I'm like where did that come from.

I still got to watch them but would like to keep a little more current. I haven't done the pay thing for internet/streaming TV, I need to see what it costs, probably not that much more. I just have the NBC sports whatever channel with my Xfinity sport package whatever that is.

the only thing that bummed me out is i set my DVR to record the series on both channels and sometimes would get home stoked to watch the races and i only have one moto out of 4 or some stupid shit like that. would be great if they could figure out how to get MAVTV to just cover the whole thing.

other than that the coverage was mostly awesome.

If you want this you can have it. It's not the sports fault that you can't figure it out.

Our cable has no DVR anymore. It is all through their systems.

I don't watch except the 2 stroke highlight on YouTube or a highlight clip.

I want to put it on the channel and watch it.
I dont want to buy 5 packages to get the race or have to buy fire sticks, roku boxes Amazon boxes and all this other shit either. Watching has become a job and I'd rather go ride.

I think we are going YouTube TV or Hulu and if it's not on that then F it.

TBH, watching 4 strokes compared to the 125 races killed it for me anyway.
Indoors I couldn't care less, but outdoors, I want 40 bumblebees and Klotz smell.

Now Red Bull Straight Rhythm, easy to watch and it sounds and smells right.

I use the Gold Pass watch a few hours after the race is over, fast forward through the boring parts and have no issues.

This is a wonderful time in the sport many of us love with old timers and new age...
The TV coverage sucks!! (Guess they forgot about when ESPN used to cover mx)
Need a real raced like Bradshaw or RC (believe the field is way more pack then ever)
Bring back 2 strokes! (Yeah, let's go back on horsepower)

Guess I need a new TV, mine doesn’t emit scents. What do you have? Magnavox?

This is smart. I used to do something similar. Perfect for SX but you miss out on a lot of coverage with MX if you don't have the App as they continue to broadcast the race during commercials whereas SX has more dead air.
