Don't know if that's the best way to play with flex characteristics of the subframe, but if could be worth trying. The Husky's use a different swingarm, triple clamp and suspension settings than the KTM to increase flex, it's not just the subframe.

14/51 is good but still need to feather the clutch a lot in turns.
I rode 2 motos on my old(big axle and OEM valved Shock) first and got them both working really well. I changed the forks and left the shock. Got the new forks working better! Took off a full turn of pre load and 3 clicks softer, I remember saying to myself, “this is the best suspension I’ve ever ridden on a KTM”. Maybe it’s also because the small axle is softer than the big axle? One this is that I still have about 2in of travel I can’t use, might need to pull some oil out.
So at this point it’s like 6:30, I swap the shock. Right away I notice it’s much stiffer. I keep softening it and stiff too stiff compared to OEM. It was very dead feeling to me which almost made the rear end feel heavy. The track was too rough for this feeling, in my opinion. It would be great at a jumpy track like Milestone or Perris. Or maybe a faster rider would enjoy?
So at this point the clickers are all the way out, I try with supertrax all the way in(off) and rebound out(fast) and I start feeling something better. Still a bandaid fix because the compression is all the way soft. This shock also made the fork not feel as good because it was not as balanced.
But here’s the whole thing that’s making me scratch my head... Based on my LitPro, I put my fastest lap of the day at 7:30pm on the new fork and shock even though it felt stiff but the combo I personally liked the best was new fork with OeM shock had the most comfort.
Hard for me to compare right now because both settings in the new shock have been too stiff for me. I can tell you this, when I had the old Trax set up well with the trax system on, it did have a cool “drop out” feeling where the real wheel followed the ground on ever acceleration bump.
The new shock is more of a high speed rebound rather than a drop out mechanism. So it’s better for tuning just different feel.
I don’t want to jump to conclusions yet because we need to give the new shock a fair chance with the tuners because the new technology will take time to develop settings.
My setup for intermed. tracks is
LS 16
HS 39
RB 20
SuperTrax 5
SAG 105
Pit Row
The forks with a Enzo valving are hands down the best feeling set up I’ve ever ridden on a KTM.
Mapping from Twisted is another standout for me.
I’ve got a few more things up my sleeve with some SxS caliper and testing some engine mounts with Works Chassis Lab.

I did revalve the shock. Little more highspeed needed in my opinion. Not 100% happy yet, but closer to what Im looking for.
What shock settings did you got from enzo? Would be interesting to know what direction they recommened..
Just need to try another setting, it’s going to take a minute for tuners to get settings dialed in this new shock.
