On more distant shores we heard through a very reliable source that Broc Tickle finally got his hearing started with the three judges who will decide his fate on his positive test from the 2018 San Diego Supercross for methylhexaneamine. Tickle’s case got a boost after AMA President Rob Dingman began serious push on the matter when after a new president of the FIM was elected and Dingman, who has not been on the FIM board since 2014, was named to the executive board and also Chair of the Finance Committee. Within the next ten days Tickle will meet with the three CDI (Court of International Discipline) panelists for a final decision. It is hoped that he will be able to return to racing sometime this year. There was also some movement on Cade Clason’s case—it was said to have been granted a retroactive TUE for Adderall, similar to what happened with James Stewart—and he will hopefully soon have his day in court as well. We are keeping a close eye on both cases and hope to have some news to report by the end of the month.

I don't agree with the suspension for what its worth. But I thought the sentence is 2 or 4 years or whatever it is. And he's just basically asking for leniency for a shorter sentence. Is that wrong?
Or have they not "sentenced" him yet? If that's the case, there is no part of WADA that isn't a joke.
Who am I kidding. WADA is a bunch of self righteous idiots looking to validate their job. Look, we suspended 10 people this year (pay no attention to what they were "using"). We caught them and ruined them. We are doing our job. High five everyone.
I believe he is basically telling them that he didn't intentionally ingest the banned chemical, and is requesting something shorter (maybe no penalty at all?).
WADA decide what drugs are not permitted in sport.
WADA did the testing and posted the results. Quickly.
It’s the FIM who decide on the penalty (but based around WADA guidelines. If the penalty is too lenient WADA can challenge it in the Court of Arbitration in Sport).
It’s the FIM who have been ridiculously slow in awarding the penalty. WADA did their bit just fine.
The FIM recently had a clean out at the top. The outgoing regime were a bunch of useless, crooked, good-for-nothings. The new regime appear to be good, honest people from what I hear. However I imagine it’ll take months to clean up the shit that they inherited from the Mob.
Still should have dealt with Tickle’s case by now though.
Pit Row
In the long run WADA destroys more innocent lives than the ammount of cheater it catches.
I am against cheating in sports but we got to a point where aderall seems like a big deal in motorsports! hell even THC is advantageous? Really? How... Only place where aderall could give advantage is gaming and even there everyone does it already. Ridiculous.
Broc is clean in my books. The testing and labs is another beast and at the end of the day not everyone is same and has same levels of substances in blood.

Are you nuts? Do your grandparents have that stuff in their system? What about my parents? Or the cashier at the grocery?
Where do people come up with this idiotic drivel? And at least try to spell it right.
Speed/Amphetamine was around before your parents were born.
