What a $hitshow! Terrible stream. Anybody else? I've emailed & tweeted RSL, SXlive and Viewlift. Hopefully they get it fixed for tonight.

Thats because ot works for anyone in the US watching through gold app.

We who live outside the US cant see shit. Its horrible. Especially considering that we have paid like 200usd for it..

I emailed them telling them it's a shocking service that's been unwatchable for last 3 weeks and to fix it. And if they don't I want a refund because I'm not paying for this...
Well I got email back saying it's been escalated to another department and they'll be getting in touch. We'll see.

I didn't even consider it. A ton of talking with a bit of practice footage isn't worth paying for, sometimes I didn't even watch it at all. In fact I have never and would never pay for commercialcross, luckily there is almost always free streams available, the beauty of the internet.

I'm in the US and mine won't do anything. Just pulled it up to watch LCQs and it brings it up but just stops. It never even tries to play it. Just stuck whatever shot its on when you pull it up.

If you guys bought it on a Visa card you can contest you’re not getting what was promised to you and visa will pull their money back, investigate, And possibly give you your money back after they arbitrate.

I started programming by punching Fortran cards in the early 70s. Been using computers ever since, never felt compelled to post on a Forum. Until now. So what are the odds they will fix the issues before the night show?

And does anyone know about a better (free) stream to have as a backup in case the issues continue?

Waste of money so far..

(The issues are for INTERNATIONAL viewers only, the NBC app seems to work well for US residents)

I'm sooooo glad I did not get sucked into this package. Went the NordVPN route, and bought the combined NBC Gold package for SX and MX 2019 and it has worked perfectly.
