Guys, you are not fair to Ralph. Do you understand that he has Producers (ie the bosses) in his ear telling him what to say? He has been told to deliberately dumb it down. They are not doing the broadcast for you and me, because they know we are not going anywhere. They tailor the broadcast to the random channel flipper who happens upon this. They want to get that person to stay on the channel when they happen upon it....

To be fair it's not a series of long continuous events that basically run straight into each other like motocross. So filling the gaps would take a little more doing. SX seems designed around commercials to begin with.

Just turned on the gold app at 10:00 pm eastern .. totally forgot about Glendale being an hour earlier. “DUUUH” just looked up the heat results. And caught the lcq’s .. so what happened to Savatgy ??
