Anyone has a link to his post mxon interview (and to the b final race)? Would be much appreciated.

Props to Jeffrey for keeping it real instead of being fake humble to avoid triggering a few sore losers.

Didn’t Herlings basically call out Tomac before the races? Wasn’t he saying he couldn’t wait to get over here and race the AMA guys? He backed up everything he said.

Both....he's being cocky AND he deserves the "Fastest Outdoor rider on the Planet" moniker.

Joe is right. Tomac basically has raised his tone twice since he's been pro and doesn't say shit otherwise.

Ok, he is fast. Why doesn't he come for an entire indoor and outdoor season in the US? He could be a bit more humble though. Oh, and his grammar sucks.

Jeff Emig an American called him the Fastest Man on the Planet. He is the fastest person to ever ride a motocross bike outdoors period, it's not even close.

Can't be TFMFOTP until you dominate both disciplines. RC, Bubba, RV, etc. If a 15 year old recent Loretta Lynn's graduate can smoke you on a SX track you're not the TFMFOTP. He is fast outdoors though.

So I didn’t read the whole thread but I read the Instagram post where it says he went 1-1, um did he not go 1-2, pretty sure I watched that Coldenhoff beat him that whole 3rd moto and Herlings wasn’t even on his ass.
He went 1-1 in MXGP class.

That has nothing to do with being the fastest. He is the Tomac that we saw 2 or three times, but every weekend. He deserves the FMOTP more than Stewart ever did. Someone will come along someday and be faster, but right now he's pretty much got a lock on it.

When Stewart started to be called the fastest man on the planet he could smoke people INDOORS and OUT. A massive difference between what Herlings can do wouldn't you say? The ironic part is the self proclaimed FMOTP would get torched by the old retired off of the couch FMOTP in SX. So why take a nickname that is meant for someone who can domainte both indoors and out? The last guy who had it sure could. Let's give Herlings some huge credit though, in all this MxDN talk we almost forgot about what really matters to Vital MX, Stew!

Who set the criteria for “FMOTP”, Vital?
I think he specifically mentioned Motocross.
Based on 2018 Motocross, it’s undeniable.
Jeff Emig called him FMOTP a number of times throughout the broadcast (I guess he hasn’t been to vital to read the criteria).

I Just find it odd that a the guy giving himself the name. Couldn't beat the guy who had that name given to him at SX when a big part of the reason Stew had the nickname was his ability to beat you indoors and out. I know Herlings is a big Stew fan which is why I'm sure he gave himself Stews old nickname.

Didn’t he specifically say “outdoors”? You guys keep bringing up sx and this whole discussion is about outdoors.

Glenn Coldenhoff is the man heads up then, all the chirping about Herlings and Tomac or Did we forget about AC and maybe just maybe Roczen. It's Glenn that went 1-1-1. I think we are forgetting that Glenn just gave arguably the greatest walk off performance since O'mara in 1986. Oh KTM you don't need me? Okay I'll stomp the world today. Herlings, Tomac, AC and Roczen included. Thanks for trying boys. Herlings is stealing his ex teammates spot light.

Well coldenhoff did have a great performance at one event. It would be like if barcia won and Eli got second at mxon. They wouldn’t classify barcia as the best because Tomac smoked him all year just like Herlings smoked everyone all year.
