Can someone tell me the difference comparing the fat bar to the one with the crossbar that Jeffrey herlings runs? I think it's a twin wall? Is it stiffer than oem Ktm fat bar with that cross support or something?

The Twinwall bar is very rigid. They suit guys who want a very direct connected feel to the front end. The Fatbar has a little more flex to it. I personally hate the Twinwalls. They also aren't very crash resistant and present problems for mounting all the controls when you get map switches, e-start, handguards, etc going on.

Herlings bars are pretty straight at the ends of the bars. I’m not really sure why anyone would use bars that are swept back!

Yeah, I've seen all of those articles, the reason for starting the post was because none of those sources give a specific bend.

I was told “It’s a custom Honda bend but very similar to the new production bar on the ‘19.”

Renthal doesn't show a 604 bend. Maybe you mean 804?

I have no idea. On Renthals website it looks like the 996-01 Stewart/Villopoto is the straightest

604 is the same as the stock bar bend for kawi just fatbar versus standard.

Roczen this year used a Renthal 827 Fatbar bend in Supercross and then switched to a 672 Fatbar bend for the nationals
