8 hours ago I was thinking about this yesterday watching Herlings running away with the red plate but couldn’t really think of anyone even close to his speed level and without at least a championship title at his age (he will turn 20 in November).

9 hours ago Nobody is questioning if he’s gonna win one or not. It’s a strange statistic for the speed and wins that he showed that he hasn’t yet, that’s all. Jett that you’ve mentioned for example was 17/18 when he won his first title in 2021, Coenen could struggle to win his first next year and he will turn 21

Bradshaw might have been the fastest rider on the planet at 19, at least in the top 5, he never won a major title. He beat everyone at Osaka when he was 16.

8 hours ago Of course. That’s why I wrote “at the moment”, I do think he’s gonna win one eventually. His next best chance would be to win the 2027 Pro Motocross championship before turning 21 but it’s not really guaranteed with the field he should be dealing with

I thought that the problem of having a GP there for Infront in the past was about parking and crowd capacity, that of course wasn't an issue when they raced there behind closed doors in 2020. Maybe Dovizioso's rebuilding of the facility worked on some solutions for this aspect

1/3/2024 2:07pm Arco is in the calendar too but they call it the Trentino (that is the name of the region of the city of Arco di Trento) MXGP, same for the Sardegna MXGP (Riola Sardo). Mantova too, if added, is gonna be called the Lombardia MXGP like in the past. The official MXGP of Italy will be the Maggiora round

1/3/2024 1:10pm That's the Monte Coralli (now 04 Park) track in Faenza, the one in the video is the Monterosato track in Fermo and it won't host an MXGP race in 2024. The italian GP will be in Maggiora the 16th of June, another italian round will be added to the calendar for the 29th of September, my guess is Mantova
