Are you saying when you're in championship/career mode after the race is complete you only see results for that specific race and not the overall standings?

If so that sucks for you guys on Xbox. I'm on PS4 and once a race is completed you see the results for that race and once you press X again you see the championship standings.

How are you suppose to know where you stand in the championship/career mode?

Seems like the Xbox version is the one that's the most broken.

Man, there is quite a bit of different jump combinations on tracks, excluding San Diego. It's amazing what a little corner speed can do ?

You don't unlock anything doing either of them. You do unlock stuff as your ranking goes up. LVL 50, 100, 250, ... So as long as you're racing something you'll eventually unlock things for your useless profile, buttpatches, bronze/silver/gold bikes and gear, etc. Nothing really special.
Thanks I thought so just checking.

Anyone got Settings for 450's?
3/13/2018 11:00am
One thing that REALLY annoys me in track editor is the fact you can't delete mods directly. I tried to an over under and misjudged the turn to go under, now my whole track is ruined because I can't go back. Any suggestions or do I have to start over agin?

test ride it, and then go back in the editor and you should be able to delete the bridge and stick it somewhere else. Or save it, close it out and try again.

On PS4 just highlight the last piece of track and hit circle.

Mine has update twice. I have no clue what they have done. The dang tuff blocks are like octopus tentacles. THE SHOULD NOT BE. They are THE WORST part of this game. Wet couch cushions please Milestone!!

Do you have your Xbox set to always on? If so it may do automatic updates as mine does. So you may have them already. Just a thought. Check you settings for automatic updates also. I would go look but I'm at work......

Also, I'm not sure about the original Xbox one, but for the Xbox one S and X models, it is NOT supposed to be plugged into a surge protector. It has one built in and may cause your Xbox to struggle to get enough power to perform correctly.

Do a quick search for "Xbox one surge protection ".
That should explain it better than I ever could.

do the layout of the track first without laying jumps down. just use the straights and turns. then go in and add jumps. the only exception is when you want to use over under. obviously you have to place that while you’re doing the layout. when you’re adding jumps, if something doesn’t place where you want it, you can change the size of the straight to get whatever object to place where you want.

Too bad none of us will ever be able to try it out. A track that's created is on the first page of tracks for about 5 minutes before it's gone into oblivion with all the other created tracks. I can't believe they thought this was ideal without a search feature. I see sometimes people uploading the same rehashed track from the same user just to fill up page 1 of the online tracks. I'm sure there's some sick tracks out there and sick replicas from this year and previous years, but we will never get to play them unless we just happen to jump on at the right time to see them. I recreated Daytona this year and spent a lot of time on it, but nobody will really get to race it other than me.

This, plus they should have a feature that is the 2018 schedule and replica tracks are uploaded according to what race then sorted according to most likes.

It’s been two weeks since I’ve played. Completed one career mode championship, then did one regular championship because I didn’t want to use the shitty sponsor graphics. Only three or four good tracks that I enjoyed playing.

This is exactly what I figured would happen (but didn’t want to happen) with MES. Shitty bike graphics, not all the gear and helmet brands, track editor but you can’t search tracks and the menus take forever to load through, nothing else to do in this game. Online is cool if it’s only people you know, but the online would crash every 3 or 4 races so we could never do a championship. Tuff blocks are like beach balls. Idk if anyone on here has ever hit a tuff block in real life, but they barely move when you do.

Flatout is drooling over this because #authenticity, but this isn’t even authentic. No clutch, only maybe 5 realistic tracks that are close to being the real tracks, the only authentic thing about the game is the riders and track names and stadiums.

I really hope the next game is a major step up. This game could be soooo good, but they were off on so many things that it’s not even exciting to play after a month. Getting the licensing for a supercross game doesn’t make it authentic. This game is about 70% of the game it should be (and easily could be).

End rant for now. Looking forward to All Out.

Spot on. This has been my first game in quite awhile. MES online is no different than bullshit 10 years ago. I think the last game I played hard online was COD modern warfare in 07, xbox 360. Get a PS4 pro and this game thinking hell yeah, hope all this racing lag is gone. NOPE. My cable internet is off the charts fast.

It might be the worst online game I've ever played. Nothing works. The no search feature on the track editor is beyond insane.

I really like the game play and editor. Hopefully round 2 will be ready because this one clearly wasn't.

ok, so with the manual transmission, what's the secret to launch out of the gate on the start?

No bullshit, on the starting gate back up as far as you can go. Make sure you have manual transmission set on. As soon as you get back as far as you can go, hold it wide open and count down from 5 (you'll have to figure out the timing, it's the same every time.) Throw the bike into first gear and go. Don't touch the clutch, it actually slows you down.

Don't use the clutch.
Two choices for starts. Click it into 1st gear using front brake and wide open throttle (tire will be spinning in place). Or just hold it wide open and click 1st when the gate drops.

This game is the authentic licensed game I've always wanted . I think it's fun but it's to easy. Qualifiers, heats sound great but when you play on hardest setting always qualify first always win the heat race and lap everyone multiple times in the main it doesn't felt realistic. It also makes the qualifying kinda pointless when it's not even a challenge to qualify. All of this could be fixed by fixing the ai riders I'm sorry but if you make a sx main you should be consistent not consistently making mistakes and not clearing triples.

Then there is the track editor ,I've never used it maybe it's great my Internet sucks and it's all I can get if this was usable offline or even to bad able to save your designed tracks and downloaded ones to your hard drive I'd use it, to need to access everything online seems like a dumb way to set it up and from the sounds of others searching for tracks isn't fun either.

This is a relatively fun game that had potential to be great but has some things that to me hold it back from being a great game. If all out has good ai riders and good track deformation I'll probably not play MES much after its release .

You lap the entire field multiple times? That sounds like a stretch. But hey, maybe you do.

But if you do, here are a few tips. Obviously have it on realistic, normal settings, seoerate brakes, manual shifting. No rewind. All that us obvious and I'm sure you have it set that way.

But if you go down, let a full 8 sevonds run off before you get going.which is about an average time if you have a tip over in real life. I don't have your oroblem whatsoever but if you are that good it does tighten things up. I've used that method in other games.

Or if you're still killing it, do a YouTube search on YellowS2K and his head start series. He's having a blast and it is a challenge. Sure it's helping the AI but what we need is smarter AI not just unrealistic faster AI. But again, in the 450s on realistic I don't have your problem at all. So I can't relate.

But I can relate to your internet sucking! Lol. Good luck, man.
