Hoping it stays dry and cold, rather than wet , should be a good day's racing in both classes.

No live feed from Hawkstone, probably not much on Twitter either as its a signal dead zone.

MXVice will be doing what they can with whatever signal they can muster.

It's just a bummer that they couldn't schedule the Italian International Series and Hawkstone so they didn't clash. I'd love to see a fuller field at both this weekend's respective events.

A near full GP field at Hawkstone, with The Hill in use, would be a classic. Plus, Cairoli there would be something to see.

During the last race in Italy the commentator said Gajser will only race in Mantova, he didn't mentioned him missing the plane, he siad Mantova is the only pre-season race he will attend

The Italian race will be streamed live and free like on last Sunday.
The link should be the same, Italian International Series even if it looks like they still have to update that page.
Anyway, you can even check Offroadproracing youtube channel here, they will stream the race there as well like they did last Sunday.
If anything changes or updates I will post the link here or on a new thread

Gajser was listed to the first race last week in Riola , but didnt show up ... read on FB , Marc de Reuver said he missed his plain , dont know how serious Marc was with that post Laughing Laughing But it means he is ok as he is racing the other one

Great to see there is a livestream again ...

I would love to see a few of the EnduroGP regulars that did well at Hawkstone show up to race with the MX'er's and see what happens.

Pascal Rauchenecker kicked ass on the Husky 250f, although Steve Holcome was running away with it on the Beta 300 2t until his rear wheel forced him into the pits. Put it to a few ex GP regulars like Watson and Charlier.

Nathan Watson will be there, after finishing second two weeks ago in Le Touquet, he rode last year on his 450 KTM enduro, had a misfire in practice , and the bike went sick in race 2 . It was a practice bike with a fair few hours on it but he was on the pace for sure. Will be top 5 tomorrow i reckon..

Guys...is there any live stream for either of these events? Or maybe a way to watch them after? Both sound like some good moto's are gonna be happening.

Someone already posted a link to the Italian races, the coverage is awesome, puts SX to shame considering it Internet only, there will be bugger all from Hawkstone, which is a shame, but Shropshire in February is not a place you want to be filming.

There will be stuff afterwards though

Yeah Phil , I saw the race last week and it was great to watch. Is that race the same as the link? I'll try and find it.

I think you're right with that.

I can't recall AC ever racing at Hawkstone. But, I could be wrong .

Wasn't Hawkstone much earlier in the year, years ago? Often being in the snow? I keep on thinking it - this 'International" - came from a New Years Day race. I'm probably wrong with that.

As for the conflicting schedules I was whingeing about - it's a bit difficult not to have scheduling conflicts, as there's a fair few "Internationals" pre the GPs, Move things around, and you'll still have conflicts. There's a hell of a lot of high end Motocross racing going on in Europe and England, that the SX crowd just never seem to grasp.

It would be good to see Anstie win Hawkstone. And gain some long lasting consistency. He's Talented, Articulate , and a very funny young bloke, with a pretty cheery disposition.

I cant remember it being on New Years day TBH. I think the International was usually a little bit later but has been brought forward in recent years due to the GP schedule.

There's a chance of snow anytime between December - March in the UK really, although we dont tend to get a lot of it south of Scotland/The North. It did snow at the International a few years back and the racing has occasionally been cut short due to poor weather or lack of sunlight.

We're just setting off now. Nice little 2hr drive north...

There never has been live coverage from Hawkstone. The place is a dead zone for signal. MXVice try to do there best with updating people who aren’t there, but with very little signal it’s a hard job to do.

I think I'm looking at that Classic of Outdoors MX - an over watered (in places), hard pack based track, with ruts that are going to dry like concrete.

Awesome. I fuggin' mean it.

To cap it all, there's a Italian town, replete with 1500 year old buildings, and modern(ish) blocks of flats, only a few hundred meters away, and a whole bunch of spectators.

And the quality of the Free Stream, is a Hell of a lot better than the bloody SX I watched today.

And, there's a squillion 125s buzz bombing the circuit, right now.

Italians - you've Got to Love them!
