They just kinda don't seem to care what we think or ask for. I guess you can say they're sticking to their guns. That's pretty much the way the new team rolls. Like it or not. Can't say that I do.
Its been over two months since intro and really all we have are some songs. And I don't buy the whole getting feedback from fans at events then tweaking. Fans on their own forums have given tons of feedback for last two years and most of the time they gave nothing but a generic reply and kept the push up preload which almost everyone hates.
I'm sure it will be a pretty major improvement from Encore so that's good. But I doubt we get zero in the way of a full points series so it will be a bunch of exhibition races with little to play for. Still nothing on replicas either other than Michael mentioning it. Most of their original creations are just to fantasy based for my liking so hoping for replicas, personally. Outdoors, preferably.
Michael, any chance you could get Mike Mamula back in for a Q and A? Anything new on game? Its been dead silent.
Here is your answer and it has been like this for years. That is why i have zero expectations of anything they do.
They aim at the masses, not MX or SX enthusiasts. I have no problem with that, their games aren't for me and i'm fine with that.
I remember people were upset they closed down the franchise. It’s back and yet people still hate on them it’s legitimelty getting old and non sense.

I would imagine that the reason they haven't really brought anything to us lately is because they have everything about 90% finished but nothing 100% complete to show us. In my opinion I think they're saving their own ass and making things the best they can be before releasing anything.
There are a lot of fans who are at the last straw and if they release a gameplay video that shows garbage physics & garbage tracks & garbage AI, chances are, a lot of those disgruntled fans will just say "forget it, and never consider buying the game." They are aware of the masses being sick of their games for entry level fans.
I bet that when their first gameplay video drops, they want it to blow us away. (Not saying I think that's going to happen.) They have a lot of pissed off fans to win over. And I think they know that.
If the sumbitches want to make a 4 wheeler game, make it, make it where you ride in the woods in 4 wheel drive getting stuck in the mud, having to get pulled or winched out to continue, upgrades like 32in tires, extended A arms and other 4 wheeler shit. Thats your 4 wheeler market, not in a MX game.
You want MX to VS something, Make it the TRACK assholes. FFS
Its a shame the track cant compete against the bikes... otherwise you'd be onto something there.
Nordic make casual fan off-road vehicles games that include bikes, atvs and utvs.
That is a complete different strategy and why I prefer one over the other.
Stop opening the thread. Its that simple.
That just makes zero sense. Or at the very least it is NOT what I want in a SX/MX game.
Only Alive was right. Everything else has been way off, scale wise.
Simply make different tracks for atvs or...duh...have half the field of atvs. 6 instead of 12. Don't take away one of THE most integral aspects of a Supercross track. Especially if you are licensing the replicas like they did in 2017 and are showing it as official track maps. That literally floors me they don't get that.

Free ride could be good if you started out in the center of the map at a campsite with pickups and toyhaulers, and then each direction had some gnarly single track that was strewn with roots, logs, rocks, water crossings, etc. Wide open beaches and canyons get boring after a few minutes of just going full throttle in a straight line. My opinion of course.
