They will give you a card at the demo worth $500 in KTM parts and gear if you buy a bike in the next 3 months.

I used mine for air filters, wash cover, 51t sprocket, and a Ogio 9800 gear bag.

We will be there around 8, the demo might not start until 9-930 due to the amount of events going on at the track that day. Its probably better to get there as early as you can just to avoid the traffic. Look forward to seeing you out there!

The hp curve of the 350 looks like a 250 moved up in power everywhere with slightly more progressive power build up .

Here it is. I took the dyno numbers from the Vital shootouts of 2017. For comparison I added my RMZ.

New bike absolutely RIPS. I messed with the stock suspension some and I think I found something that works for the time being until I can take it to FC and get a complete revalve. I hate the stock seat. I slide all around on it so I ordered a motoseat seat cover for it this morning. I'll post a video of me riding once I get it uploaded on my computer. Rode at the reversed Budds Creek on Sunday.

Did you ride it with stock gearing or the 13T Front?

Thanks, I appreciate that. Look at the time above 30HP (what I'd consider good usable power) between them all. 350 widest spread, by a decent margin also.

13T Front. It gets to the top end a heck of a lot faster which is where all the power is on these bikes. I was just amazed with how far it revved out.

To the guys having one, how does the topend hold up? What about the clutch and transmission?

It's okay....big gulp would probably be my biggest complaint just because its a huge wall jump and some of the corners still flow like they were going the other way

I'm almost at 60hrs now just doing oil and filter every 2 hrs and and cleaning the air filter every other ride. Only thing that's happened to my bike is a dead battery at 50hrs I put an oem one back in it. What other batteries are ppl using any that last longer than the oem?

I did a Husky demo day yesterday out at Pala raceway. (Big thanks to Pacific Motorsports South bay for putting it on) The 350 was amazing fell in love with the bike, I have been on the fence about picking up a 350 and this pushed me over.

The only problem was the radiator shrouds felt very wide to me, when you would get into a turn. I remember reading that the husky radiator shrouds were wider than the ktm. Can anyone confirm this? Thank you for the help.

I can confirm this being that that was what I rode then went out and bought the KTM. KTM feels a bit narrower and if you're smaller like me, this works in your favor. I don't have measurements but just going off of feel.

I run the WPS Featherweight battery. I was just up in Michigan riding trails with my 2016 FC350. Left the bike in the trailer overnight (~20 degrees), and it fired right up in the morning with 30 degree temps.

I rode it yesterday, it's OK, some of the jumps were fun, some sections worse like you said.

I've got 27 hours on my 17 husky now and love it.
The only complaint I have is the on-off throttle transition can be jerky. The power delivery is amazing super smooth but the on off is jerky almost like tps needs adjustment maybe. All efi bikes I've rode are this way though.

I've got the same bike. Love the sound, nice and snappy throttle response.

You can't go wrong with either. I've ridden both, and I went with the Husky FC350. Either way, you will be happy. Drill the holes in the airbox and side panels, and go up two teeth in the back. It's a beast!
Any tips on where to drill at? and both sides?
Here is my build thread with some pics from my bike. http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Bike-Builds,46/2016-Husqvarna-FC-350,1317…

I also trimmed my air box itself. Some pics can be seen here:

What change have you noticed with the holes you've made ...?
Does the air filter not get too dirty when there is a lot of dust...?

Drilling the holes woke the bike up. Gave it more grunt down low.

If I ride in sand, dusty, or muddy conditions, I put in the Uni Filter 1" air filter vents. They are part number UFV-6, and come in a pack of 6. They just pop in and out.

Forks aside, I have CV's, are there any major differences between the 16, 17 and 18's? I don't have a color preference. I am thinking about picking one up this spring. I had a 2011 350 and it was fun. I have a 16.5 FE right now.

Here is a video from LTMX in Indiana on a friends 2018 KTM 350. Bike was awesome and I could really get used to that extra power over what my 250 has. I will be getting a hydro clutch for my Kawi that was the 2nd biggest takeaway besides the power.

What are some of your suspension settings for the wp aer fork on the 350? I'm 155lbs and I'm running 142 psi 17 clicks compression 17 clicks rebound. I have little experience setting up a bike and I'm looking for a smoother feel going over breaking bumps and coming out of rough corners?

I couldn't get the air forks to work for me. They felt like crap no matter what I did. Bottoming resistance was really good though.

But the best they felt was at 15 clicks on the compression and 13 on the rebound. 148 PSI with the forks at the second line. I did the spring conversion and have an external preload adjustment and that has helped me get it dialed for the square edges and pitching sensation I was having with the air forks.

For the shock, I went with the SDI link and that helped out a lot with acceleration chop and square edges. I haven't done it yet, but adding a bladder to the shock is said to help that out as well.

Shock settings for me are 2 turns out on the high speed, 14 clicks on the low speed, 13 clicks on the rebound and sag set at 106. I like to run a little more sag in the rear which seems to work well for me. I like the rear end to feel dead, not too much movement or anything weird.

I weigh 175 pounds so take that into consideration.

155psi on the fork, 17 on compression and 10 on rebound. The AER are long, so raise the forks 8-10mm from the top of the tube. Quite a bit above the second line.. best forks I’ve ever had.

Below 152psi they absolutely suck. Make sure you bleed both sides often, they get harsh like any spring fork with the 2-3psi build up.

Make sure you sag is around 105-107mm

That’s what I found to be best.

I would agree on the pressure setting. I run 158 psi in my 17 350. I am 175lbs without gear. I have played with pressure from 145-180 in 5 psi increments and below 155 I felt like it was barely ridable.

RickA what is your weight and speed? When you say it's barely rideable what is bad about below 152psi? too soft?
