Can he do anything at all to stop this bleeding? The track this weekend has a lot of whoops.. and tomac was absolutely killing dunge in the whoops..

I am a Dungey fan, but realistically Eli has him covered on all fronts. He is just flat out faster right now. Short of a crash, which I absolutely hope does NOT happen, Tomac will take a well deserved title home.

He has to win.

Finding .5 seconds a lap isn't be easy at their pace.

He needs everything to click for him, Eli is in a zone.

I want and expect him to win this, however smart money is on Eli.

He will do what he always does.....he will keep coming and Eli will need to beat him. It would not be the first time or first rider he has cracked with his consistency. Not saying it is going to happen, but you know he will be there being the "diesel".

He needs to start praying and doing three hail mary's a day that Eli has a mechanical or a crash late in the race...otherwise, I think Eli is winning this one (and I really really really want Dungey to win it.)

It's difficult. It would appear that Tomac has him comfortably covered on speed. All Dungey can do is just put himself in position to win and hope that Eli either has an off night or has a crash/mechanical. He just has to keep as much pressure on as possible. If he can some how take points off Eli this weekend and make it winner takes all in Vegas then the form book kind of goes out the window in that kind of pressure situation. That's what he has to aim for

He needs to get a good start and ride at a fast speed the entire 20 minutes not back off and relax once he gets the lead. But really Tomac is on fire right now. Really hard to beat a guy who has everything clicking.

Keep doing what he does. Keep the pressure on Eli. I mean if someone can ride at the level Eli has for the last ten weeks, they deserve to win the championship. The odds of any rider doing that are slim. See: Roczen this year, Tomac 15 MX, etc.

For Dungey to win this title, he has to beat Tomac strait up the next two races. If he dosent do that he has to hope Tomac throws it away or has a bike issue. He did crash in Seattle and still made it back to second. I don't see much hope for RD, but you never know!
