So, congrats to Christian Craig being asked by Honda to not only race their factory 450 in the outdoors...but to do it at least at the SLC SX this coming weekend.

How do you think he'll do? Top-10?

Do you think Honda will move to sign Christian for 2018 if he does better than they expected? Is his Geico contract up at the end of this season?

12th. His starts suck this year. If he rips a top 5 start maybe top 10.

The top 14 at Seattle have all won championships.

Not sure what this means for Craig's chances, but it gives perspective on how difficult it will be to find success.

I say he finishes 13th.

Dungey, Tomac, Musquin, Anderson are probably the top riders. I think Baggett is going to be a regular in the top 5 and possibly even surprise us in the top 3 more often than not. Outside of that, I think Craig stands to be a top 10 rider.

I put CC in the group with Milsaps, Tickle, Wilson, Grant, Weimer etc. . .

It's true that the top 13 riders in the 450 class seem to have championships but there are a lot of guys that haven't really done much top 5 work since their championship.

So where do you think he'll finish? I didn't think jmart would get second and I doubt you did either. I did think he'd do well, especially considering it was Daytona. At a different track, I don't think Jeremy would have done as well.

With a good start and a crash-free race, I say CC gets a top 10. Guy is smooth and fast, especially on a 450.
