As far as this year's track vs the last 5; from what I've seen in pics on here and the video of RC, so far it appears more interesting than the previous years' cookie cutter SX layouts. It reminds me more of what Daytona used to be back in the day. I'll have a better idea tomorrow when I get there and get to see how it shapes up in practice. This old fool would prefer to see some telephone poles in the whoops though.

I'd fuckin' kill myself
MX and SX are in some dark fucking days, with no plan to get out.
1940s would have been pretty fucked. Clearly. But the world has seen worst moments since then compared to now.
MX tho? MX is in a bad fucking way, even with the economy slightly better than when it crashed.
MX being dirty and hot and hard has to go up against the instant gratification public that likes show.
Money rules.
And,
If I'm in my rocking chair and see a flash of light over the horizon i hope i can reach in my frig right there on my porch with my rocking chair and get one more pull on a jar before the shockwave gets here.
because Dungey, Baggett, Grant and Osborne beg to differ. Add Mookie if going backwards through the field counts.
Case closed.
Pit Row
Actually Osborne states it was a very difficult track to pass on.
There was more than one line on that track. Eli set up Jeremy perfectly - and right in front of us!
i would take 3 straights with whoops, and one with and endless variation of rhythms available at the point!
The tight racing is cool to watch but must be frustrating for the guys.
