Aussie really fitting in here!

Some cracking looking dogs on here guys, couldn't pick a favorite.... If i was walking through a rescue center trying to pick i'd end up coming home with them all... Would end up like the crazy cat lady off of the simpsons.

Condolences to the guy who lost his squirrel and dog too, feel your pain mate, bet everyone whos posted here does... Horrible to say, but the older mine gets the more i find myself thinking about it, she's slowing up a lot, and she's my first proper dog, as in not a shared responsibility/family pet so i think i'll find it quite hard, as silly as that may sound to some, she's been by my side since i was 19, so all the shit everyone goes through from their teens too their 30's, the women, the shitstorms, police, whatever... She's been through it all too, never wanted or moaned for nothing, and only asked for a bit of time and love in return.

I dunno, i must be getting a bit wet behind the ears..

Ours is really starting to like the roof. He spends a lot of the day up there, just looking around and keeping an eye on the hood. It's funny to watch people driving by at 3mph with their mouths open. The neighbors love it. It's kind of a novelty plus he gets the speeders to slow down

How does he get up there??
Missed this. We have an upper deck in the backyard, he gets up there from there. Laughing

German Shorthaired Pointer. He was the pick of the litter and a natural bird dog. Love that bottom pick of Bailey! It's been 6 years now since Trigger was a pup.

Do your dog's go right to work on those bones when you give them ? My dog walks around in circles for probably 2 hours before he decides to start working on it . I don't know if he's showing it off or just can't find the perfect place to lay down and set up shop.

Yeah he goes right to town on it. When he has his fill he will walk around with it for a half an hour trying to find the best spot to hide it.

Our Boykin Spaniel, Finnegan, will pace around with a new bone for 30 minutes until he finds the right hiding spot for it. Only to retrieve it a few hours later to start working on it. He's a goofball. One of the most "tuned-in" dogs our family has ever had.
