i guess that James is gonna ride the bike he had last year.
can't imagine him riding a private bike with fmf and other brands parts! Top 8 for Malcom, and top 10 for james would be great...
Later in the year, Malcom can grab a rch contract, i think.

This isnt motogp. Renting factory bikes doesnt happen in sx or mx

Graphics and bike color combo may change as the season goes on! But a black frame would be nice

You can't rent factory bikes , but there have been plenty of privateer riders with connections that have been able to access full factory suspension. Possibly motor stuff too. I'm pretty sure with James and Malcolms hook up , they are getting some pretty good stuff. Nice to see Malcom's bike here , and that the plan is coming together. Hopefully we'll see James bike soon.

Sure you can, I rented Canards bike last weekend and took it trail riding in Gorman. $50 more and they let you wear his gear. You don't even want to know what $250 will get you.......

The teams have access to lease factory motors. If you have enough money you can get A-kit suspension with factory level support.

There are amateurs involved in similar programs where they pay a certain amount of money to stay in fresh bikes all year. I know some parents dropping over 100K in just bikes and training. That does not include travel or race fee's etc.

I don't mean to stoke the fire, but what the hell does Malcolm need a whole semi for? Isn't this mass overkill? I would think the RV style that JH100 ran would be more than enough. I guess it doesn't hurt anything just wondering what the need is for something that can accommodate an entire team...

So pumped for him. Would love to see a top 10.
Who actually pays attention at how good the bike or graphics look when the races are going on? i know i don't.

New bike graphics every week to match the gear color combo would be sick. No one can tell him no!

I would rather just give my kids a few hundred grand and tell them to go make something of themselves and ride for fun if I was spending that kind of money every year Blink

Finally!

I had to laugh at the comment saying "He's going to be behind in points." or whatever. I don't think he really gives a damn consideringnhe ended up in 1st in points last year and ended up without a ride. I just hope he keeps it up and rides well!

Another thought, what will it take or how many times will it take a guy like Mookie or Wilson to beat factory supported guys before they have a ride and the people they are consistently beating don't?

Bike looks good, although it doesn't exactly look like sponsors were queuing up at the door.

Good luck to him, hope he gets a solid night in and takes it from there. I think he'll have learnt a lot from the last few months and will be better for it.

There have been lease situations to the right riders. I know Andrew short was leasing a factory Honda when he rode for that chapparral team.

Far from a factory Honda,. I think pipe, ignition, suspension done on a production crf.
