Oh man, I gotta be honest. I use a screwdriver as a key, so screwdrivers is cheap. A friend's cousin's brother-in-law, Bubba Spivey from Slocum, has done the service work. I replaced the shifter for the transmission because I broke it with a 6' cheater bar after the bike flew off of Bubba's flatbed while leaving the tractor pull and mud run over at Union Grove. He was over there looking for used tools that folks leave laying around and had to leave real fast when his wife shot a bigfoot (against the law, made the local paper, but they don't know zactly who done it). There is a little rust on the muffler bearing, but there is some stuff you can get at the dollar store or walmart that will take care of it. I ain't real good at the internets, so whatever peepal is is foreign to me. Can you mail the cash to your mover guy and have him pay me? If not, I could send Jbud and Beefcat to El Paso to meet you. Them boys love Juarez, guns, girls & tequila you know. Hell, they would even treat a military man to a night on the town!
That's the real deal right there. If all that aint up to standard, I caint do no more. You gotta remember though, gots to have cash or no deal. Nanakay told me to watch out for folks trying a scam on me (you being military and all, I'd think you lejit). If not, I got lotta redneck boys got my back and like roadtrips.
Let me know if you want the scooter.

Do you have the extra keys , Where did you get your Bike serviced, Have you ever had any transmission repairs and Is there any rust on the Bike? I'm ready to pay your asking price but not cash in person because I am serving in the US army and currently been deploy to Fort Huachuca Military Base, Arizona and calls are restricted at the moment and my only quickest payment option is PayPal, its safe fast and secure and i will be responsible for the PayPal transaction charges so you can get your expected amount. If you don't have an account with PayPal, its pretty easy to open one, Just log onto www.paypal.com and sign up. I hope we can make the purchase as fast as possible? As I am buying the bike for my dad and I'm very sure he will love this Bike, his a mechanic and a handy man, so if there is anything that need to be fixed in it just let me know he will handle it. I have a mover that will come for the pick up once payment clears in your account and he will handle the title for me.I would appreciate if you email me with more pictures (if available) too since i won't be able to see this in person. I look forward to hear from you with the information below.

I reply: $1 less via text message, $100 less via phone and a lot less in person.
That's my filter for spammer text message internet scumbag douche-bags. If they show-up, that usually means they're ready with cash, and that's who I want to deal with.
And for those of you that hate getting that bottom dollar question, please respect the seller and NEVER make an offer less than asking without seeing the bike first. I understand there are exceptions ... like if you are willing to drive 3 hours + for a deal .,.. ok rant over.
I immediately ask Do you actually the money you just offered? Do you have a way to haul this item? Can you be here in 20min with the above? usually never hear back LOL
Sure I will accept that but first I am going to light it on Fire and Ghost ride it down a hill.
Then, just as we discuss the where and when to meet, I will text back that I did not know you already had my address.
Of course, hes confused when I mention, "Yea, you just gave me the 225.00 (25.00 less than his silly offer) and we loaded it in your truck...right???
Oh man...I thought you were you the guy who just drive off with it........sorry...Maybe next time...
I was asking $7200 in my ad, but I guess $2k is close enough to a 16 year old.
I didn't mess with the kid, I only asked him if he lifted bro.
Buyer: "Yeah, of course."
Seller: "Well...good bye." ...as he hangs up the phone.
I recently sold my trusty, high mileage '94 CBR600 F2. I was asking $1,500.00.
Met up with the potential buyer- 18 year old kid getting his first bike. He had gone
through the motorcycle safety training program, had his learner's permit and had been
saving up. He wanted it really bad but said "I'm a little short, though."
"How much do you have?" I asked.
"$1,464.73."
He had scrounged all the sofas for extra change, borrowed his grandfather's beat up old truck to haul
the bike, built a loading ramp out of scrap 2x4's that morning and stopped at Kragen to
buy a cheap shit set of tie downs.
Fucking A, this kid was cool and determined! I told him to keep the $64.73 and to ride safe.
On the other hand, I've bought some mx parts off ppl on Craigslist and met some cool ass mx people I never knew lived around me.
I also love it when they tell me to be ready to roll because they are bringing COLD HARD CASH, Well yeah buddy, there is absolutely no other way that I will accept payment from a stranger..... I'm at the stage in my life where seeing a wad of ones and twenties with a few hundreds thrown in doesn't make me lose my mind...and even if it did I would never in a million years let on that I was impressed, thats for sure. Negotiating 101.
Pit Row
Heaven forbid someone gets hurt because of the tampering. That could yield some serious consequences, especially from premeditation. You should never go full retard.
I would of fucked his world up if I got the shit end of that stick.
Heck, I sold a crf450 last year for $4100. Couple hours later guy calls asking if he knows anyone who would want the bike cause his wife's transmission just went out, sent my buddy over there and he got it for $2500. Guy lost $1600 in a few hours cause he was desperate.
I buy a few bikes a month using the low ball method. It works. Shoot off 10 lowball offers and 1 person will need the money that day and accept. Often times they'll say no, then message me a few days later agreeing. Bikes only worth what someone is willing to pay.
I'll take some people low balling me all day over some people trying to rob me
