Do you guys think there is a shift in the US from motocross to off-road in general, or is it more the changes to our events that have helped us better prepare. It seems to me that off-road is growing way faster than moto. When I was younger it was more like those who weren't fast enough to race moto did off-road, but now that's not the case.
Are we becoming more of an off-road nation?
I have been waiting and hoping for this day for 20 years! So proud of our boys and all the support crew as well, what an accomplishment!
Thank you gentleman for keeping cool heads and steady throttle hands! To hear that Thad rode for up to 2 hours on day 2 with no oil makes it even more crazy that it all came together.
Love seeing Taylor take down the overall as well, he was damn close a few years back, glad he could seal the deal.
Also damn impressive ride by Layne Michael, to be asked to go on literally a moments notice and then show up and put in a solid enough effort for us to get the W, awesome. An Amercian Badass!
I feel like in some way that now Kurt's life's work is complete...him and his old man were the ones who started the push for us to take ISDE on a serious level, it took a long time and a momentous amount of effort by an Army of people but they finally got it done! Kurt had a passion for this event that you could feel, it was infectious.

For Layne to basically be a full-in guy and do that well is amazing! No slight on Layne, but I can't help but feel a little bummed for Sipes to not be a part of it considering what he did last year.
You couldn't be more spot on in my opinion in regards the Casselli and his dad. When they started to make the push, is when I started following this race more closely! They'd be proud for sure!
Crazy to think it's been so long since they won it, as dominant as they've been in MX and SX.
Pretty cool to see the Aussie Girls kill it again, our tropy and junior teams had awful luck tho!
