I agree, 250 riders should be Matt B and Bowers. Man, Bowers and Peick in the same trailer...gnarly!
Motorcycle Superstore will not be supporting the Jimmy Albertson team next year. But you will see their logo support on a different yellow team, from what I'm told. Not sure if Jimmy will secure a title sponsor for his team or not, but I hope so, he's always been a good dude and put together a good program last year. Otherwise there will be a couple more riders on the availability list....

Matt Bisceglia's name has been mentioned for one of the 250's, which shouldn't surprise anyone. Bowers will not be on the other bike though.

Anyone else see things not going well if Barcia can't find a setting on the zuk? Yes they are good bikes, but that Suzuki isn't as stable as the Yamaha. If he can't get the bike to handle it could go south really quick.

Suzuki is a better turning bike though....well at least stock wise it is...
These top factory teams really just need good bones to start with and the Suzuki is a traditional dirt bike that turns well and has a proven motor package. Dungey won a Supercross title on the Suzuki, Reed won an outdoor title on it, Stewart dominated many races on it indoors and outdoors, Roczen won some Supercrosses and an outdoor title on it. It's a great bike at the factory level.

The Yamaha was kind of funky and some hated it while some didn't mind it. It got better, but not 100% in 2014. Nobody 'chose' the Yamaha 450, but Stewart and Roczen chose the Suzuki when they had the chance to race any other machine...

The real story here is that JGR will be fully embedded with Suzuki when the all new 2018 is released and they can hit the ground running with that bike next year.

I thought they had 3 year deal or something. What happened?

actually it looks like there will be 1 more than last year in the 450 class.
There weren't many races with more than 1 Yosh Suzuki on the track at any given time last year! Tickle was hurt a fair amount too, so KROC and fill-ins Weimer (SX Only) and Matty B (MX only) carried the Suzuki flag all year. This year, there will be up to 6 at any given time, depending on MC Superstore team and KC's plans, and if RCH goes with 3 or 4, plus SX privateer stallwarts on yellow like Nick Schmidt, Alex Nagy and Teddy Parks.

Is the Motorcycle Superstore ride what Matt Bisceglia was referring to in his Racer X interview that went up today?

"I had a ride that was looking very promising up until last Thursday. The plan was to get on a bike this week, but that unfortunately fell through."

Well.... Kinda.
Their logo will be on a Suzuki next year. Just not Albertsons team (I'm hoping that Jimmy can keep things moving forward, but it'll take a good paying sponsor to do that)

stable is the last thing I would ever connect to barcia's riding style. if the guy knows something than it is how to ride 'out of control'. more so I hope a new bike will give him and the team that little extra motivation and confidence.

If RCH fields more than two riders, the others will be riding for free. I can see Weimer being the test rider/ fill in guy, but he's going to have to rely on some personal sponsors to pay his bills. The RCH team needs to secure a new money sponsor to help the team go racing, hopefully they can get it handled soon, time is dwindling away for testing. I'm sure they'd like to be sending Bogle and Tickle to the MEC, but they haven't even signed them yet.

Sounds about right, but I'm only speculating. I'd heard rumors of him being linked to the Factory Suzuki 250 team, which was offered to Albertsons team. Some conflicting sponsors kept that from happening and JGR got the 250 Yosh team for 2017. I can see him riding for JGR, but I don't think they've made any decisions on the 2nd 250 rider yet. I was hoping to see Kyle Cunningham on it, we'll see how this plays out.

Yep, my bad too, I meant 2 or 3 for RCH, not 3 or 4.

He doesn't look too excited. Shocked
He's been a great asset for JGR, hopefully he's happy on the Suzukis this year.

Looks like they are pretty much stock except from exhaust and graphics right now. Can't wait to see how the finished product turns out, it can never be as bad as the fugly Yamaha.

Filthy for President.
I thought I just read somewhere that he's still on the team, probably on IG.

I would guess he has the same fill-in/test ride.
should have specified full-time. My bad.

I just think of all the R & D time and inventory of Yamaha parts/ works parts that will be sold off to the highest bidder.
Makes me cringe.
