This same deal almost happened in 2011 but Toyota put the brakes on it because Suzuki sold cars in the US. Now they no longer sell cars here so they ok d it.

So jgr starts with the Yamaha when it was a disaster. They get it straightened out. They love being an underdog so much they go back in time to a 2010 era Suzuki. Although Suzuki could learn a thing or two from jgr....

Great article. I know Mazda has definitely put in some development in other forms of combustion engine designs r.e. rotary and Miller Cycle, but I've not know them for their piston engine brilliance ( although the MPS engines are quite powerful) to the point that Toyota would be putting in money to buy a piece. A part of Honda I could understand. Guess i know squat.
