Positives: High level of racing with fresh faces
Track design was spot on given space to work in
Soil condition was amazing! I didn't see it Friday, but not ridding it paid off
Ticket prices were fair, My wife and I enjoyed cruising the whole facility just soaking it all in.

Negatives: Would have traveled further for a more national style track.
Every foreigner I spoke with had almost the same answer when asked what they thought. Track was better then expected but still looked very stadium/super-cross. Couldn't wait to get to Glen Helen.
Venue would be better suited for a Energy cup or SX race, but would need to be spruced up. Like others here have mentioned, felt like you were at a practice track as far as presentation goes.
Announcer was horrible. Nowhere near enough talk about our guests and general on track activity. Lacked that Monster Energy SX feel
No rider interviews. WTF
Bleachers were not built for people that are 6'3"!
Could not see the TV well enough to read rider positions. Needed a timing pole at the least. (We sat right in front of finish line)
Empty gates at an event like this was disappointing
AC's crash. Just a shame.
It cost less then an SX race so not having all the SX flare was ok, but I do think the GP needs to be held at a outdoor type venue for us east coasters. I would love to see an east cost Energy Cup here, I bet it would be sporty!

Other than people who made the drive for nothing on Friday; I don't think anyone was put off by the weather - The racing weather was BEAUTIFUL on Saturday. It's been the second hottest summer on record here, so to have the cooler temps but still full sunshine; couldn't of asked for better weather or conditions
ET3 riding to the win was one thing; but having our local boy Cooper put on such a smashing performance - It was a very special race to be a part of
+1 on the TV or photos really not do the track justice. I saw photos before arriving; but when I actually saw it in person, I literally said wow!!

I have three thumbs up, waaaaay up !ts of you have already stated things that I agree with, regarding this dealio, but here's my rant from my photo blast:
All three answered MX.
Personally the first turn (sweeper) and the long section leading into the wave section were my two favorite parts of the track.
The PA system didn't cover the entire facility but I'm hoping that will be rectified by the next event. When I could hear Rob Buydos he was doing a great job.
Danny is such a cool guy and the fire still burns big time in Donnie Sr.
In the race my brother Dnf both motos we tried to run a different ignition setting on bike just wasn't working right both races, he was running in 7th first lap and 6th 2nd moto and made passes to get there and not just a start but fell back after 1:30 because the bike ignition and fuel were not mixing well . lumpy790 yeah he's got 3rd this year in 250 A/b all star class and he was leading the 2nd moto till flat tire finished 6th, Last moto he got 2nd.
