No need to ever use the app, simply use any podcatcher to listen the next day , download for offline listening and if u must listen live which with a four hour show seems impossible to fit my schedule, if u need to listen live just use Tune In radio on either Android or iOS.

Buy the app to support the show but please do yourself a favor and listen to it the next day with BeyondPod on Android or any other podcast app.
I bought it twice! Once for iphone once for android.

Tanner, good work. Very clean. Hope you and travis get together on the project.

Having the ability to pause and the app save last position for any show paused would be great.

Stitcher does it well. You can pause any number of podcast and resume at anytime wether the app closes or not.

Awesome though I don't use the app I bought the Android version and will buy the iOS pulp app though I won't use it, I definitely don't mind showing support. Thank goodness there's much better ways to listen live and offline than with the app.

More exclusive content with the app would be nice so I'd at least have a reason to open it.

Beyond Pod or any podcast app will save the last listened position as well as allow to easily adjust the playback speed as well as set the amount of time the FF button seeks ahead per press. Grab a podcast player , add the pulp show , Fly. Moto, Matthes pulp cast feeds and download the episodes for offline listening St your convenience including marking the last spot played to continue at a later time. Stitcher works but it's not flexible.

As an update to this comment, Travis and I have been working together on the design of the app for a couple months now. I can't wait for you all to get your hands on it. Every time Steve talks about how awesome it is on the show, I can pretty excited for it to get to everyone.

I really hope the live feed is more reliable on the new app. I've pretty much given up trying to listen on the app. I tried listening through the app while in the gym Monday night and it worked for about 10 seconds.

If this was on a t shirt that said either "great radio bro" or " i just want to hear the motocross stuff" i would wear the shit out of it!!

Also the new pulpmx app will be one of the only apps ive ever paid for. I listen on stitcher but want to support Steve and everyone else involved.

Definitely looking forward to this...

Travis, you've been a great addition to the show too. A good blend of Tit's apathy and technical assistance haha

Glad they let you in; when they said Travis was going to build a new app, most tech, back-end guys don't know design, so the overall product fails because the UI/UX is a huge part of the experience (which often gets overlooked).

Looks like that won't be the case - your comps look really good. Nice work. I never bothered to buy the original one (for all those reasons), but I'll buy this one.

Looking forward to it.

The best drop in the world is when the jersey sounding caller says "I just wanna here the motorcross stuff" I die every time I hear it. Lmao!!!

Most people have no idea what UI/UX is and most companies that know, just choose to ignore it. So yeah, I am way pumped they let me help out, and working with Travis has been smooth sailing. He just the right amount of professional but also the right amount of smart ass. Btw, I think he is the best "producer" PulpMx has ever had.

I've never had an issue with any of the "producers", but Travis speaks maturely, coherently, and logically on the show. Because of this, he is the best by far. Plus he is an MX Fails legend.

When is Travis going to stop "double-dipping" ?

I can't really do anything with it because of all the logos all over it, but anyone who wants to make their own is welcome to the file. I've had several people email and ask for it, but I haven't seen any product from it yet.

I spoke with Travis last week and he said he'd be using it for something on the app at least.

If anyone needs help with it for a shirt or sticker or whatever, I'd be happy to help. Just shoot me a private message here.

Okay, I just downloaded BeyondPod and will give it a try. I have version 1 of the Pulp app and have to say, I was really disappointed. Thankfully the price was right and the cause was good! I will again buy the new version when it comes out and hopefully it looks as good as this sample above.

New version is infinitely better. You're going to be happy with the new purchase for sure.

Layout is great, buttons work well. No crashing that I've experienced yet. The best thing is that you can actually navigate backwards without having to kill the app.

My biggest frustration is that on the old app with drops etc. Once you had gone into that menu, you couldn't go back out to the home menu. The overall UX is terrific on the new app. Travis has done a great job with it.

First off, huge thanks to everyone for all the kinds words about my position on the show. I truly appreciate it all, and welcome criticism and feedback as well. As far as the new app, I knew when I started developing that after seeing Tanner's designs, I needed to reach out to him and see what we could come up with because what I would've done wouldn't compare. His designs are coming to life and honestly, the app wouldn't even be close to what it's gonna be without his help. I'm excited to get it out there, I think everyone will be pleased, and we've been working hard to figure out what's causing the issues with live streaming as well. All in all, hopefully everything just gets better and better and we'll keep working hard to make sure that continues.
