I've worn a Medium helmet in nearly every brand since I was 18. Arai, Shoei, Previous Troy Lee AIR, etc. I just ordered a new SE4 Factory Polyacrylite helmet in a Medium without thinking and its really tight at the forehead and just doesn't fit. Obviously I'll try a large. Anyone else? I feel like I have a "normal" shaped...

Worth noting: with my Moto 9, I am using a Medium liner with Large cheek pads. Not quite sure the mm measurement of the cheek pads, but they're a little thinner than the cheek pads that came in the Medium liner kit. Excellent fit for me. Fly needs to rebrand really, really badly. From a designers perspective their identity and mark has always been dated and off. It’s killing their design. I’m sure there IS a factor of “setting the pricing bar” higher which then opens the door for others to follow snd reach for that bar as well. My ECE version is 1450gr (medium). Keep in mind they are built to pass ECE 22.06 standard as well, you’ll find a lot of the super light helmets on the market will be getting heavier as the new standard is phased in. Rode with it on Sunday, the ventilation is incredible! Sizing is true to the Flex, but the new helmet is more comfortable on my head. I’m sure it won’t be for everyone, but I’m very impressed with it.

I’m sure having a light helmet at 1200 grams isn’t the be-all end-all in regards to what can he called a “high end helmet” but they can at least pinch grams where they can. Get rid of those fancy flip-up visor screws and go minimalist Ti, and ditch the magnetic cheek pads (if the 10 has those). I was going...

Slow to get some progress this week. Full time dad mode! Got a little elbow grease in last night, and started setting engine bearings today but ran out of time. Ive been removing casting lines from everything and trying to go for the billet look.
