I've had the x8's for 3-4 months now and probably have 60-70 hours on them. I love the braces. The fit and quality is top notch. They honestly feel better and are less bulky than my prescription donjoys were.

The meat and potatoes

Today I went to practice and noticed one of the cables had stretched a hair and had started to fray. I called the company as soon as I got home and explained my situation. Not only is mobius fixing my brace, they are sending me a loaner set since I have a busy racing schedule until November(and paying for shipping). How freaking awesome is that??? I'm just a no name Vet A woods racer and I'm getting top notch service. They have earned my business for life and I will pimp their products to everyone looking for braces. In all the years I've been doing this I've never been treated so well by a company in this industry.

Im the first person to bitch and complain when I've been treated wrong, so just thought I would share my positive experience with all you guys....

Other companies should take note of how Mobius treats their customers!

That's rad. I just got back into raving after 10 years and still have my old asterisks. When those finally buckle I'll be getting these, thanks to you Hard taco!

Awesome. Good to know. I was just looking at a Mobius product online yesterday. When my EVS braces wear out I will give some serious consideration to their product.

I second the great customer service from Mobius. They have been very helpful and went the extra mile for me when I needed some assistance.

My ultra cells after a year and half look like crap. No crashes or anything rough. Just fraying everywhere that is not fiberglass

Dumb question. I have a set of the new Mobius braces and really like them. However the cable could be a little shorter. Is there a way to shorten it?

If you send them back and let the guys know want is needed they will adjust them for you.

They are the best braces in my opinion! They stay in place all day long never slipping like others do.
I have tried almost all braces on the market over my years of racing, and they are hands down the best!
Also great customer service

Are you running the thickest pad on the "X' part?

Do your Möbius X8 knee braces ever get caught on your riding pants? I was having that problem until I got these knee brace pants by Asterisk. They are a little warm to wear during the summer but work well otherwise

Nope. I was concerned about that but it's never happened. I race 2-2.5 hour races and never had an issue. I run fly kinetic pants and they seem to have plenty of room for the braces and nothing to get hung on.

I do but I think it's because some of my pants are a little big.. I tried regular asterisk knee sleeves first, lasted one ride before they were ripped to shreds. Plus they are expensive, same with those pants you posted. I wouldn't spend that kind of money knowing they will get ripped up and end up having the same problem.

I buy these, they are so cheap I just buy 10 sets at a time. When they get holes in them and my pants start getting caught again I just switch to a new sleeve.

FWIW, I had similar service from 100% with a set of rolloffs that broke. They sent me a new set and said the problem was fixed on the product being shipped now.

Just an update for everyone. Got my original braces back today and they are fixed up and seem to even be updated in a few areas. Each time the shipment came, it came with a return label so this has cost me absolutely nothing. Huge props to mobius for taking care of their customers!
