Wtf are any of them getting paid that they could justify it, financially - I'd assume it's not cheap or at least someone administering it isn't, the risk, the harm or the potential gain.
I don't remember both of them finishing on the podium at the same round this year and they are outside the top 3 for the title.
Disappointing if its true as both seem to support mx at the grass roots.
BUT, until we hear the finer details, it's hard to speculate. For all we know it could of been an honest mistake of taking a supplement or eating something that contained a substance that gives a positive. Interesting that people are saying it was a targeted round of testing? How often are the riders tested?
Though the likes of Gibbs, Matt Moss, Waters and Ferris would be making a decent living, Mosig, Styke, Reardon would be alright and probably the two Crankt Honda Rides in Wilson and Long enough to survive and race without working and Dobson at KTM.
MX2 class maybe a handful earning enough to just ride without working during the week.
Pit Row
On a more relevant PED note, Jake's wife is kinda hot.
It will be interesting to see what the positive test is for and just how many MX riders have been tested this year compared to last year etc. seems strange that they would be tested out of the blue wonder who made the phone call
I had a mate Test positive to Weed and he was given 18 months, he had started training for his return to the track but unfortunately died in a bike crash. I had lost contact with him as I tried to appeal his suspension and would have succeeded with a reduced disqualification.
I take Fruisemide to get rid of fluid retention but I get nothing else out of it, yet Jockeys over here are given lengthy suspensions if positive to it.
Agree that you have to be unlucky to get caught as the majority of Olympic athletes etc would have the best advice, Brock Lesner was a shock as I thought he would be more knowledgeable.
PS I am in no way associated with the Moss Family and these are my personal views I follow most Aussie riders and have followed most of their International careers. The Moss twins have always been a favourite of mine.
