__ If only I was racing,I could beat him.
__ I think I could get second.
__ I should retire now, no one is beating him for the next three years.
__ I'll retire in 2018, he'll never get that new Honda working in one year.
__ What happened to James?

Is Roczen in Dungey's head?

I'm sure Dungey was thinking of a game plan to be faster then the guy he was getting beat by before he crashed out , was this a trick question?

A.

Dungey isn't a quitter. He's battled and beaten some legends straight up, he keeps digging until the end.

You don't become the second winningest 450 National winner by thinking you're beat when the gate drops.

I don't know what Dungey was thinking but when I was watching KR blitzing through the pack n the first moto I was thinking I have not seen that kind of riding since RC/Stewart in their prime. He is on it and there is no way Dungey can beat him at this point

Probably glad he doesn't have to race Roczen, as he couldn't match his speed this season

I was thinking the same thing, I have not been that excited in song time with the clinic Kenny put on those first two laps.

I guess you missed all those RV years. Dungey would be right there and would be battling for wins.

Lay off the crackpipe. Dungey was right there in speed, check the laptimes.

no way. The only riders who would have been close to KR yesterday in the first several laps would have been RC and JS in there prime years pushing each other. KR was on rails in moto 2. I'm not including his other motos this year but just moto 2 yesterday. That was something special to watch.

We will have to agree to disagree. RV in his prime was every bit as good as RC or JS in their prime.

Think what you want, the laptimes tell a different story. KR was a tad faster, and overall able to pull away some, but Dungey would have stepped it up and matched his speed just like he always has.

Its not my way of thinking, dungey never has been even close to battle kr this season. He just straight passed him in no time...
To say he would be there speedwise by now if he wouldnt crashed is okay - I mean - no one knows. But I highly doubt it. In my opinion dungey got out of his comfort zone which cost him the season.

Ryan's top thoughts, yesterday...

1. Golf on Monday? No. Golf on Tuesday & Bicycle Monday. Yes. That's it.
2. Dark wood. No. Light wood. Well, it is Minnesota and it IS on a lake; so, dark wood! Shouldn't floors be dark wood? Ah, heck, that's the wife's call...man, she's so hot!
3. I would have run the 120/80 profile. His back-end is stepping out waaaaay too much.
4. Good thing I used sun-screen.
5. It's nice to see Andrew having a good day. I like that dude. Maybe I can go ride at his ranch? Take the family. Hang out.
6. I wonder what the boat-traffic is like on Minnetonka?
7. I think I'll sneak in a coupl'a bar-b-q pork-ribs w/ extra sauce while Aldon's off in France! He won't know...will he?
8. I wonder if I can get the new AMG-GT on the European Delivery Program? Maybe a G63 for Lindsay? she'd like that.
9. I wonder what Kenny's bonus program is like? If it's like mine, he's gotta be stoked. His back-end is still stepping out. Rebound looks good, though.
10. Where can I get good pork ribs on the way home? Organic Pork Ribs? I need to find out where Aldon is. He see's EVERYTHING!
