I hope you're wrong and Kenny learned as much about setting a bike up as he said.
Here's what erks me about Kenny, dude had it made, gettin laid in the shade at KTM and imo threw his whole career down the tubes...

Tomac on the other hand has been a stand up dude and is setting himself up with a proven championship team and didn't come even close to burning bridges on his way out at Honda (that I know about)... I'm cheering for that dude over the guy with the ego any day of the week... I may also be a tad bit bias since I'm from Colorado Silly
Dude had it made?? Youre talking like he made the biggest mistake ever. He didnt like it at KTM, had he liked it here he obviously would have stayed.

He just signed the biggest contract ever with Honda for 5 years if i remember correctly. Honda has a brand new bike. Yes it will take some time to get the settings right but he will be winning on the Honda. Alot.

I think he has HAS it made.

Roczen has won a world title, mx of nation, supercross title and outdoor national title. How many has done that? And the dude is still young!

Thats pretty crazy if you think about it. Awesome vid btw. Cant wait for outdoors to kick off!

I have no doubt that Tomac and Roczen can run the pace/set the pace outdoors for 30+2, but it's going to take a whole lot for Tomac and/or Roczen to have a higher finishing average for 30+2...24 times. I hope they can keep it interesting.

Who else is at the Elite+ level in MX?

Who knows. The 2017 Honda could be a new 2009 Honda? Pure speculation.

But one thing is certain, Roczen going from RCH Suzuki to HRC Honda is a huge upgrade on paper.

And a surprising change to the reasoning he went to RCH. At HRC it's way more corporate than even at KTM I guess.

I still think it was Roczen biggest mistake ever to leave KTM. But we will see how the Roczen/Honda combo works. One thing is certain, he will lose a lot of credibility if he starts complaining about the setup or something similar on the Honda.

Lol as far as I could tell the only time Roczen caught up to Tomac and passed him was the last clip. The rest of the clips was Tomac catching and passing Roczen Laughing

I feel Eli will runaway with it again barring injury, Dungey and Roczen battling for second with Dungey getting the better of it in the end. Fourth will be a ways off with Barcia, Musquin, Canard and Blake being the darkhorse. Possibly Pourcel as well.

You think Kenny has 'thrown away his whole career' even though he had several SX wins on the Suzuki in 2015, finished 2nd Outdoors and has just finished 2nd in the 2016 Supercross series?

You may be cheering for the 'stand up dude' over 'the guy with the ego' (WTF??) but the last time Tomac beat Kenny in a championship was 2013.

Kenny would have been kicking arse if he stayed on the KTM , going to that suzuki shit box really cost him worst decision he ever made .
At least at honda he may have a chance of getting back to were he should be

I agree to a certain point, look how relatively good he has been this season on the RCH Suzuki. Imagine 2 seasons on the latest generation KTM or Husqvarna?

So you're saying Roczen would be dominating indoors and out?

I think his problem is more the fact Ryan Dungey is in the prime of his career and has way more Supercross experience than Kenny.

RD is going to win this thing, but not easily. And Barcia is a beast outdoors. At the end of last year he was on it. I'm sure he can't wait to get outside. Is he consistent enough? TBD. Is he fast enough? Yup.

Call me crazy....but I would also keep an eye on Bagget this year. I think he may surprise a few people.

Hell no I'm not counting out RD! I know for a fact that he'll have days where he's untouchable. In fact the smart money would be on him for the title. I'm just saying it will be tougher this year. I think Eli and Kenny will both be bringing their A game all season.

Seems as more then a few guys commented on my first post. I typed that up in a weird way.

I'm not ever counting RD out of a championship run.

For the last two seasons all I've ever heard is how Eli and Roczen are going to smoke Dungey, yet every time -- without exception -- Dungey steps it up and does what has to do. Dungey doesn't need bad motos from those two, they need a bad moto from Dungey.
So so true!!

As much as i'd like to see Tomac or Roczen take the title, i'm putting my eggs into the Dungey basket.

I'm just hopping he doesn't crush everyone right off the bat and runs away with the title.

It's pretty clear Barcia has problems this year... Arm Pump?

Roczen is about to take another step back next year going to Honda, then Tomac is gonna have a year on him in regards to his program and setup, after that, I don't think Roczen ever catches up... Especially considering the success Kawi has had over Honda in 450's
Fair enough, I like to look at Roczen's move to Honda is a more positive light...I think he will do fine

It is pure speculation, you guys have to remember that back in 2009 HRC was not involved in the race teams, now they are heavily involved and look how they are doing in MXGP...sure the USA results haven't been on fire but is that the bike or the riders on them? I think they will be damn sure that in 2017 they have a sorted bike despite it being (allegedly, we dont know for sure yet) a heavily changed bike.

I think this will be the same case for Tomac. It's all about speed-and consistency-and keeping it on two wheels.

The way I see it. Smart is good. Krok and Eli are looking to beat RD. They have to find the way to do it. I don't think Barcia will be a contender, or Baggett. If there are no injuries, or bike problems with any of them, I think Dungey will do it again, because he is the only one that knows how.

Freaking stunning girl right there.

As for the outdoors, hard for me to bet against Dungey. I think we get a replay of the past a bit here. Eli will be blazing fast but inconsistent, and then it comes down to Ryan and Kenny for the title. Nobody else should be in the same area code as those three consistently over the course of a season.

Has Dungey ever one at Hangtown ??
Imo hangtown will be the only time
Dungey finishes off of the podium
... if he wins hangtown them it will he a long summer for every one else
2ne place will be who ever crashes less
Between dungey and Tomac
They both rip
456th
Musquin,wilson,Barcia then
Bagget Anderson ... BTW is #7 racing?

Speedwise? Eli has the field covered. Correct me if im wrong but didn't he beat Dungey straight up by over a minute in one moto last year? Dungey will be champ because his worst moto will be a 4th... Eli and Kroc have shown in the past that they can't keep up with Dungey when it comes to consistency.
