In the domes they will bring them out but Daytona they didn't and now vegas. Maybe time constraint or size of venue. I honeatly expected them to clean it up and pack it down so it would be better for main events but they never did.

In surprised there isn't an elevated subfloor they use in place of plywood or even just where the lanes fall. Something with built in channel drains you could connect to stadium floor plumbing. And direct water flow different directions with simple sleeves

Have you ever tried to move a dozen, a bobcat, or a tractor in gumbo mud like that? No point till it dries out.

They also cleaned quite a few other sections.

When there is 1 ft maybe of base dirt that is saturated all the way through what do you expect them to do, push it all off and hold the race on wet plywood?

As a track builder Dirt Wurx did an amazing job getting the track decent after the monsoon and feet deep of water in sections, they hauled in extra dirt from the stock pile and that helped a lot, but they had 4 hours to get ready. Then right before the night show it started coming down again. At that point you can only make it worse. The equipment will make soft pockets everywhere and more riders will crash. Let the ruts develop. By the end of the Main guys were jumping both triples, and the race was amazing. Good job everyone.

You can't " pack " mud. A dozer would of done nothing but make it unrideable. There is a tipping point with the soil...and this one was way past that. Can't scrape off the mud....when that's all there is.

I don't need to do research that is why I come here ass wipe. This used to be a place where you could find out that information but now you get criticized for asking. This site now assumes you should already know something before posting about it. Also I am just trying to start a conversation with my moto Brothers and shoot the shit with whatever pops in my mind because its fun just like I was talking to them face to face.
This place has turned to shit with a bunch of critical ass holes you included.

You could CLEARLY see the landing of the finish line was cleaned up at the beginning of the 450 main. just sayin'
