Why on earth would anyone tell him anything about his program.
It's his deal, his responsibility to figure it out.

That being said, I'd like to see the guy just take some time off, and quit getting rear ended.

I'm not sure it's possible for James to change his focus from trying to WIN every race, to just try to FINISH every race. That mindset is totally foreign to him but he's got to change something.

Come on folks, he's banged the hell up and keeps trying to push to the front. That's the only way he knows how to ride. Time to back it down long enough to heal up. Take a page from the Tomac, Barcia, Pourcel playbooks. They all hate riding around where they are but know pushing a busted body only makes things worse. Survival mode is sometimes the best worst option.
