My experience is that most times what kills a contract party is hyperbolic optimism at the outset that a deal is golden and will never go bad, and that getting a lawyer to look things over to spot risks will only hold the deal up. Pretty much the hallmark of every bad contract I've seen.
I wonder if Reed keeps 360fly as a personal sponsor.
And yes, long winded is a personal problem
I will never buy a can of Monster Energy.
Monster is in it for the "branding," not because they are big fans and want to support the sport, and they're willing to spend a good bit to establish and maintain that image. Not to say other sports/series have sponsors who don't do the same to some extent, but I get the sense that if a decision is to be made between anything and the possibility to make more money, Monster/Feld will almost always take the cash regardless of push-back they get from others involved.
That said, I would be nervous if they all the sudden dropped out. They throw a lot of money around (assumed), and I'm not sure of what the next company to step up on an equal platform would be. I realize some company would become title - the series wouldn't dissolve if Monster left - but I don't know enough to judge how it would impact the series finances.
The idea that some have brought up about what if Monster leaves? Don't worry about it. Supercross makes money! Some company will sponsor it! As with any void something or someone will fill that void with a new product or company. The only thing that will kill this sport is the rule makers themselves by making rules with an agenda to make money rather than doing what is right for the sport.
We are seeing some changes now and my opinion is that message boards and true fans are the reason for some of the rules changes now. The rule makers have been called out in public now and often don't have a valid answer for why they did what they did. 360Fly is using social media to let people know what is going on. Right or wrong it is making waves.
They must really not like that other green M on there. Must be a coincidence that Reed chose that pic to post as well..
Gotta be more to the story. If you don't think so go ahead and read up on Peter Adderton's other ventures.

Pit Row
360 fly, are they in or out?
Is this enough to get Reed super-pumped and back on the box this weekend?
Do you see Target, FedEx, or Home Depot knocking on the door to throw millions at the sport we all love?
Yeah, and when Lorenzo says something like this it's even harder for me to choose.
Becuse Lorenzo totally said that.
you mean the communication director?
