I like watching Anderson ride, but after his passes on Barcia and Seely, I have a feeling that those two are going to change their riding styles when racing against Jason. Fine with me too as I'd rather see them fight more for position. Of course we'll have to wait for Barcias thumb to heal up.

I don't understand. If he has been penalized, why didn't they changed the results on the official supercross site ?

But well, the championship should looks different right now:

Ryan Dungey 47
Jason Anderson 41
Cole Seely 40
Chad Reed 37
Eli Tomac 36
Ken Roczen 31

I had Tomac in 4th for rm fantasy. Will the penalty give me that spot now? Also had Dungey for the win.

I do agree though, both Barcia and Seeley for sure believe they owe him one
McGrath has a different opinion re: Friese, no?
Where is The King wrong in his assessment?
Honest question.

With just a few minutes looking into the other thread mentioned, I guess MC feels Friese was not guilty of dirty riding at a A1. To each there own. without getting into an Internet debate, I feel Friese has show more times than I can count that he can't ride aggressively without knocking people down, himself included. The track record proves it. I don't have to.

If you take A1 as an isolated incident, maybe you can come to the conclusion that is was "just racing" or not dirty. However when it is referred to as "you got friesed" I believe there is precedent to believe it is dirty.

MC is the king, his opinion holds way more "weight" than mine, but if he is defending Friese, I would have to respectfully disagree.

As far as Anderson this weekend. To me, that was pretty textbook. Both passes. He timed them both perfect. Yes, very aggressive. Would have turned "dirty" if they both had gone down. Plus, Anderson was going forward in both instances and being somewhat held up. This is typically not the case with Friese, he has usually just been passed and he will square up the next corner to take his shot.

I will take it..anything to slow Anderson down!

Im not a #21 hater, but I am not a fan either. More points for my guys, which they will need if this Hombre dude keeps riding like this.

WTH is wrong with Canard??? He is killing me!

I am guessing that whatever Anderson did it had to be on lap 14. The lead pack times all dropped from 49/50 to 53's on lap 14 and then went right back to 49/50 on lap 15. Anderson only dropped from 49 to 51 so that makes sense with the reports saying he jumped the triple with the red cross signal out.

It's not the first time he loses points for jumping on a red cross flag, right?

Clearly the blue tuff block needs medical attention. Isn't the question, why was the red cross flag out or a tuff block on the side of the track? If it was a bike (for example) would it be the red cross or a yellow?

Jason Anderson is everything I hoped that JLaw would eventually become.

Loose. Aggressive. Style. Fun to Watch. Fast.
Jlaw was all of those

and the guy 3 behind Brayton (pourcel) actually doubled everything. Even doubling over the flag.

He tried to slow down and cased a jump and accidentally doubled it.. When something like this happens it becomes referee discretion. I agree with the call not to penalize him, he tried to slow down.

Apparently this is why Anderson was docked (from racerx sign of the laps) , Id be pretty upset if I was anderson and his team, that flager is so far out of view from the riders, on the opposite side of the track with no incident or track workers in sight over a 5 foot gap, i'd hardly even call that a double. Seems too me they stretched a little to dock anderson seeing as they didnt dock brayton for jumping the one double

Supercross lawyer right here!

I think Brayton doubled too. His front wheel doubled. Rear wheel didn't.

Matthes said he watched the incident happen and that Anderson doubled the triple which was after the jump in that video clip that the flagger was standing on

That's a steep penalty for a flag that shouldn't have been out in the first place. The whole situation sorta doesn't add up.
