Webb was a half a second faster than everyone in that race, he should be happy with where he is. It will be interesting to see if riding the 450 helps him on the 250 or not.

CP377 rides his pace and wins the race... great job
he is just like Windham was.

If he has the speed that day to win he will, but he wont take the chances or ride over his head.

Smart ride.

His biggest problems seem to be bad on track decisions and crashing. I do not see a 450 fixing either one of those issues.

He chose to take a 250 since that will be what he's going to be racing in 2016.

Unbelievable. If there was any GP rider you would think wouldn't be adept at SX it's Shaun.

Well for a start off , i dont think he has ridden SX anywhere... maybe as a schoolboy support, but i dont recall him doing so ... and well , watch him ride , his speed is in taking tall gears and riding the whole race hard, over 30+2 , not round a 40 second lap in a football stadium.

Very impressed, maybe get him in for A1 ...

A lot of empty seats, is that normal there, or due to what happened?

It used to run 3 nights in an 11,000 seat stadium, first one was a sellout , second night same, but the sunday was rarely sold out.. Lille holds 23,000, was nearly full saturday, and not full today , but the upper layers fill first cos its a better view.

I think events wont have helped either

I think historically the Sunday at Bercy is always the quietest day. It's more visible now due to the larger stadium. What happened on Friday night won't have helped obviously

Shaun has had an ineradicable year, but A1 would most likely be a huge mistake with a huge chance of crashing hard on a track that is on another level than Paris SX.

Also another level of competition. There's a very real chance he wouldn't make the main.

I think this is the main issue. I don't have any doubts that Shaun could competently and confidently ride an American SX track with a little time to test. But with the level of competition and the number of factory/factory supported riders in the 450SX class you would have to consider it a real achievement for him to make the main. Which in my eyes doesn't really make it a gamble worth taking. I think Shaun is smart enough to realise that though

Went to the NEC last year , it was OK , but its a show for the casual observer, not the core fans IMO.. was packed though, so fair play to them . Cant be doing with freestyle, and all the noise.

Went to the Lille-SX show today, had a great afternoon and saw some great racing.
(Didn't feel unsafe a single second, in light of recent tragic events happening in Paris.)

Impressed with CP377, his superpole hotlap was unreal. Looking forward to see him compete in AMA SX 2016! His main event win was also great, rode flawlessly and gave the French crowd a French winner on sunday.

Bummer Webb went down in the main event, he was comming for the lead and the king of Bercy title. Pretty cool Peick ended up with the King of Bercy title in the end, would never have thought he'd be the one to take it, gotta love surpirse winners!

Both the Stewart brothers, hmmmh ... neither finished a single main event race over both days, racing is racing and crashes and injuries happen obviously, but pretty dissapointed... Mookie did show impressive speed!

Pretty hyped on the speed of Guillod, Simpson and Ferrandis in SX. Febvre also wasn't to bad afterall. Cool to see some GP regulars do Euro SX races.

So how did Weston win over Pourcel? Didn't Weston go 1-3 and CP 3-1?
