I think the pressure of having that many people on pay role and facing the idea of moving on is definitely a burden.

Well, he needs to see the season out, not quit in the middle of it.

If he did quit, would all of his employees get paid through the end of the season? Surely he wouldnt flake out and not honor his comitment to his employees.

You would have thunk that when Kawi fired Millsaps they would have put more time into Reed.

Yep. This is where I start to give Reed a LOT of credit. I don't particularly care for some of the games he plays, but respect given where it's due here. I remember when he was considering the offer from RCH, he said a huge deciding factor is that he wasn't going to be able to bring his guys along. I wish he could find a rider that meets his criteria so that he could carry the team forward. It just seems like Reed doesn't want to settle on a rider that isn't a championship caliber rider. . . And those guys are not really an option for Reed.
