Who is the fastest german MX rider today? The answer was pretty easy right up until a couple of mxgp's went by here in 2015.
As Nagl is riding today he appears to be fastest on the planet, and that puts him in front of Rocks too I guess?

Last year I would've said Roczen, not so sure anymore. Hope we find out in France in a couple of months. The thing I find interesting with Nagl is that he's been so fast at every round, every surface, every country etc.

At the moment I would say Nagl.. One guy is leading the MXGP's and the other hasn't raced in weeks.

Kind of a tough time to compare, Nagl is killing it and Roczen has been out recovering from injury.

How fast is Roczen's couch? Nagl is fast today, sure. To compare the riders, I think you have to compare their accomplishments.

I would say difficult to compare.

Roczen is a natural racer with a lot of talent.
Nagl is a fighter he has everything to accomplish with power and that hurts sometimes.

Right now Nagl might be faster on a long run Roczen.

I don't care, as long as they are racing together in Ernee come September.

Sadly we don't have a fast 250 rider to be a threat this year.

I don't think Ullrich will step down to the 250s. (But what do I know...).

The only two 250 riders that are competing in international races are Hsu and Jacobi. Both are pretty fast by german standards, but nowhere near top 10 MX2 speed - which would be required to be a real contender at the Nations.
But both are still young and can clearly improve in the coming years.

Stupid arguments. Roczen would beat Nagl in the states for the championship. Nagl would beat Roczen in the GP's for the championship. It's that easy. A better question would be, who would be better if Roczen had stayed in the GP's all this time?

I think Nagl was winning at the end of the 2015 GP season & Talk that Honda had Mad a mistake for letting him go

Roczen probably the most rounded rider in the world right now; He's great on American outdoor tracks, great at Supercross, great on GP tracks, good in the mud and rides sand very well.

This is easy. On American tracks Roczen. Gp tracks. Nagl. It depends on a lot of things really I guess. Either way zzeeGermans are kicking asses everywhere lol

I think that if Roczen drops down to a 250 , and Dennis Ullrich can get a top 10 like Marcus Schiffer did at Lommel then they could win the Nations again, but it will be down to who is fit and riding on the day..

I don't know, Kroc has already been on the gp circuit and would not struggle like RV,and he's mastered the US style. Maybe he's lost a little touch with how to ride a GP track, but I'll bet he'd remember pretty quick.

Roczen's trophy case would bag to differ.

Nagl

I thought that'd been answered by partly using RV as a yardstick (& AC although possibly we havn't seen his best form) in conjunction with the even playing field of the Argentina track

mmm. Roczen is by far faster.

Nagl stringing a few good races together and beating an aging AC, and an RV who has never raced GP tracks before looks better to you than what Roczen has accomplished?

Nagls trophies are nice and shiny. Roczens are covered in cobwebs and dust. Cool

How many of those "nice and shiny" trophies are championships?

Nagl has been impressive for sure, but I'm still gonna say Roczen.

Do you even have sense of humor bro? Of course Roczen has more career accomplishments.

You seem to have missed the whole "at the moment " part of my original statement.

Grasping chief ! Roczen only won the world feeder class ( the one Herlings is getting all the shit for !). Never moved to the big lads class, and last time i saw him line up against Cairoli (Teutchental MXON) Tony caught passed and fucked off from him !!
