I know there was already a pic floating around but I guess this makes it official.

The bike looks good but I can't get over that rear number plate, looks odd.

I'm with Deets----I'd be taking a heat gun to that sharp corner. And, damn, that can looks HUGE! Maybe that is simply an effect of the odd shaped rear plate.... First world problems, as Gibber would say.

That Yami looks bitchin.

New frame and bodywork (possible swingarm). The cases also look a bit trimmed to me.

Contrary to what you might assume, there are KTMs raced on the All Japan National MX circuit. Fielded by a privateer team, the bikes have no direct support or association from the factory in Austria. Interestingly enough, though, they are outfitted with works KYB suspension front and rear! We can only imagine how great they might work…

KXF looks boringly the same. A "new" bike will have a new geometry, shroud design, the whole profile from the middle of the bike forward will look completely refreshed. This looks completely rehashed. AGAIN. Kawasaki, it's been 10 years, what gives?

Bro, take your sunnies off.

It's pretty dang different.

What. do you want a backwards facing engine that weighs 3 tonnes and doesn't turn? haha

Well he can't have that cuz then it is just a copy of a yzf. Sideways facing engine might suffice.

The weight figures will be essential. Otherwise some plastics and aluminium just got moved, and we don't know if it's for the better, or that was anything wrong with the 2015.

I pray that KTM with KYB is legit 2016 show room spec.

Will buy.

Says that they are from a privateer team and have no direct support or affiliation from ktm so it's very unlikely.

Those KXf fork tubes look bigger than the current model. They should clean up the bottom of the number plate with a nice straight edge instead of that pointy dog legged thing they have going on.

The owner of KTM also owns WP, so don't count on it.

I've always wondered why everyone gets Ohlins TTX, Showa A-kit or WP Cone Valve forks for their KTM(not that there's anything wrong with them) when you can also get KYB factory kit forks and shock for the KTM.

the suzuki and kawasaki's 450's have performed very well in shoot outs because they have not gone radical new desgins like the yamaha and honda, and KTM have gone from radical designs (like PDS) back to more normal and have gained sales and sucess in shootouts,

evolution has worked well for the KX450, can't see why you would change a good thing,
