Couldn't disagree more about Daytona. I would be okay if the whole damn series took place on NASCAR infields, it's like a shot in the arm to see the guys be able to.hold the throttle wide open and have nice wide turns with multiple lines. Rather than the humdrum rythmn section/cramped turn/rythmn section/cramped turn of the stadiums. Same reason I like the baseball stadiums over the football stadiums.

Sand sections are badass, the end.

Ralph is okay Jesus let it go people.

To whoever said dump the screaming cheesy announcer, I agree 110%.

At Atlanta 2, they had a bunch of interviews with Football players to eat up that time-slot. Daytona is sponsored by Honda, in other words... no Monster. So no Miss Monster Energy Supercross. Wink

You will have to first get rid of OSHA to stop sound testing but personally SX is better now than it ever has been. I still wear ear plugs but my friends that don't say they enjoy the race is more now since it's quieter.

Outside the US racers and riders get it about sound..........

Reed's unintentional take out move was OFF the racing line. If it had been on the track while racing there would have not been a problem.

Bummer situation as I am a huge Reed fan (called for his winning Dallas but was a week early) but I have known John Gallagher since around 2008 and emotional is not a quality I associate with him.

EDIT Ralph has improved every year IMO and works great with Emig.

Why everyone says that is so far beyond me. The dude has been announcing mx/sx events since the early 90's.

I am sure half the people on here could ramble off more facts than Ralph, but why don't you try doing it with an audience of millions, a camera in your face, and two separate ear pieces that have someone telling you what to say as your saying something else.

I am not hanging off Ralphs nuts here or anything, I just think so many people on here are quick to judge someone whom, in my opinion, does a phenomenal job for all of us jagoff's 18 weeks a year.
