Is it possible to get the GP's their own forum? Just for us members that don't follow the racing across the pond.
I keep up with supercross and the outdoor nationals but lately every thread I click on is about the GP's.

I'm sure it'll settle down some.

Also, why aren't you following the GPs? Wink

A lot of us havent followed the G.P.'s
This is a great opportunity for all of us to expand our knowledge and understanding of the sport. Whether RV wins or loses it's been a great catalyst for me to be a "better" fan of the sport.

I was going to be open minded about it and paid my 6 dollars and some odd change to watch the first race. I got to see the women race twice. The site went down and I missed the 250's (both motos). Only saw some of the 450's as it would crash and
left me watching a error message.

I wasn't even upset about it because I really didn't care for it any way. I guess after everyone realizes that RV can't win
all the races things will get back to normal like you said.

Would you be willing to expand your knowledge by watching the GP's at a cost of 100.00 if it was JLaw going over there instead of RV?

I did not mind the actual footage and the quality was pretty good.

The commentary, dam did that suck on Eurosport, some one eyed Brit who sounded way to happy that Villopoto was down in 7th or 8th.

Freaks me out how the British get all cocky about the American rider not doing so well, yet the best British rider was behind him. Not bagging on Simpson at all, one very great rider and a top ten is freaking awesome, the MXGP class does have some great depth.

I am just hoping to see one of the two Aussie boys move into the top ten, they both have it in them, lol then I guess I can come here and start mouthing off about how the Oceania riders are the best in the world Smile

You did, when you mentioned giving them their own sub-forum.

I've never watched a full GP before yesterday. It's fun watching all these new fast guys that I know nothing about.

I think I'm a Paulin fan for no real reason other than I like his style.

I vote for a separate form where we can complain about why the world doesn't revolve around me.

I enjoyed the hell out of it. Its great to see a whole cast of new Riders with RV in the mix. I think it will get more exciting when they get to some of the more traditional style GP tracks.

I've rather enjoyed having an excuse to watch and talk about the GP's. Its something different and I enjoy the good natured ribbing and discussion of the tracks and bike setup.

What's cool is playing MXGP game and then watching the races. Pretty awesome how good they got the tracks , bikes , riders ... Just wish they had a game for the U.S. Nats.

If RV doesn't start winning soon you may want to find a new site to hang around lol

Lol...they're asking GuyB to click me now. All I asked for was to separate the GP's from SX and the outdoor Nationals. But reading comprehension isn't a strong point at Vital.

This forum isn't called AMA-Related, it's called Moto-Related.

I think its weird that someone can call themself a mx fan but has no clue about the GP riders and the races. The fact that i read about people that write "Qatar track sucks, GP tracks sucks", like all the european tracks would be like the man made Qatar track. You need to remember that Qatar can buy anything they want when they want. I dont want to upset people that have not been watching the GPs and i hope that the GP season 2016 can attract the same amount of people when more guys understand that MXGP in fact is a very competitive series and the best part with it is the insane variety of tracks that you don't get in the US(the only problem in US mx at the moment imo).
