ill be there! making the 6hr drive up with my girlfriend from her place in orlando

anyone know of a good town to get a hotel somewhere between ORL and ATL?

might need a place after the races, id rather not drive until 4 am and staying in ATL is a bit sketchy from what i've heard, prefer to find a small town a few hours out

McDonough or Locust Grove. LG has a new hotel, Comfort Suites I think. Exits 218-212.
Approximately 35-40 south of downtown/ dome area.

I'm in, and actually spending tonight and Friday night, in Lithia Springs before migrating down to the Hampton by the Georgia Dome. Did not even know there was a cycle shop worth visiting in the area.... spend a couple nights every quarter in the area.

We got the same here,a front is headed in few hours with more by looks of the radar.

Me and the daughter will be there early Saturday. I wont need to use the old trick of carrying in a box this time,lol.

Think i will wear the husqvarna pit shirt again now that they are on track.

So,if you see a fast by ferracci husky shirt it will prolly be me,sure they aren't plentiful.

I think the NASCAR race is in ATL this weekend too...so anything on SE side will probably be full or expensive! Might have to get a little further South...

I will be there in my wheelchair and can't wait. This is be my 6 year old grandsons first supercross. We only coming in at the race time. I can't really handle an all day excursion. This nerve damage to my left foot really gets tough after awhile. I also wanted to give my wife a break. The pits are a long way to go and very crowded. It would be tough on my wife with that much pushing.

And I think a real long day for a 6 year old might get boring. I want to see how much he likes it. He will ride his dirt bike literally all day if you let him but watching someone else ride might not be so exciting. Just gonna see how he likes this one first!! Gonna try and get him signed up for the KTM kids races thingy next year!!
