Lotta riders known for riding a wide track. Whether a fan is cool with it or not usually comes down to the riders they like/dislike and not actually anything to do with the type of riding.

Not sure the mulligan was fair. But his ride sure was fun to watch.

Not got many posts here but to me there’s a whole load of issues with regarding rider safety and rules. Doesn’t take away from Cameron’s incredible ride after the red flag. Surely a full assessment has/will happen after the race, if it is deemed he has a concussion will he be allowed to race this Saturday? Also something I’ve not read anywhere else yet is, the rule book say the number displayed on the front number plate MUST be 6 inches in height minimum, the bike shouldn’t have been allowed to start the race in the condition it was in...

I think in Europe (in SX) the rider who "caused" the red flag is not allowed to line up again for the restart.

Well it’s very nice of the AMA to give little cameron a mulligan!!! I’m sure it was convenient that a catastrophic mistake turned into a full restart for the guy. Got to stay in the championship after a mistake that should cost him 26 points. How most people are cool with this is beyond me but hey, I guess I was held accountable for my mistakes growing up.

Because the thought process is flawed, if he cartwheeled off the side of the track they wouldn’t have red flagged it and he would have lost tons of points. But since he was still on the track they waved the red flag for zero reason as he was walking to his bike and he got to try again, you go little Cameron!!!!!
