I'm no hater of anybody, could not give a shit less what he does, just saying how do you tell your son that when racing bikes and someone knocks you over ,grab that bike and run the guy over ,dont let him straighten his goggles and bang a lever down, hit him while he aint looking.

It was a chump move and after that interview it would take a gallon jug of "vagisil" to cover and soothe that hole.
I like how people think it's Reeds responsibility to make sure Canard has his goggles on and are clean before he can bump him a little for an obviously dumb move that took them both out.

The UFC says protect yourself at all times.
Boxing tells you a similar thing.
Coaches tell you if you're not ready to play get the f*** off the field/court.

SX says roll around as long as you want getting ready, and don't worry about what's going on around you.

When I was racing, if someone did either move to you, you would've been t-boned in the next corner.

Now, there are plenty of video's on youtube showing "takeouts", please show us some where the rider being retaliated on is slowed, moving over to the side of the track, off the racing line, adjusting their goggles with one hand off the bars!

Please do that or STFU. Because everything you compare this to is not comparable. Get it?

I would have done the same thing to Carnard , does not make it right but I would have rammed him. Now I would also expect Canard to pay me back even though I think Trey is above that.I am just glad that they both had a great race last night

We don't take it as a dig Crush. I personally consider you one of the least biased non-Americans on the board and I enjoy your comments and insight. I feel like if you and I ever meet up we would hit it off great and be good friends.

Oh yes, about stupid ass lawsuits you are corrrct. We get some stupid shit that gets filed for lawsuits over here every day. Everyone wants to blame someone else when they fuck up and do stupid Shit. No one wants to own up to anything!!

P.S. just another observation. Us folks in the souther U.S. don't usually like being lumped in with the term yankees! J/k. I know what you're saying.
Women don't like being called Bitches? We'd hit it off mate, we'd be drunk and possibly argue at some point, but a good time for sure! haha.. It's all good, will be interesting to see what this comes up as, it does seem pretty litigious over there, and I think as someone posted above, if it's an appeal that ends up with some better review system, even that would be money well spent, cause as it is now is a fucking joke....

I know this is off topic, but not a lot of people really know the details of that McDonald's hot coffee law suit. The coffee that burned the victims hand was actually close to 200 degrees, which is pretty f***ing hot, and can cause 3rd degree burns within a matter of seconds in contact with the skin. Wasn't a normal cup of joe that burned her. There's a reason that case won, but many like to assume that America is retarded before reading the details. Anyways... the more you know... http://www.lectlaw.com/files/cur78.htm

I just post this because this case frequently gets brought up as an example of how dumb some americans are for not knowing coffee is hot.

Hmmm... Didn't know that... But on the other hand, whilst obviously it'll cause a difference in the severity and immediacy of the injury, I'd never assume that anything in a coffee cup is anything less than scalding... or as we like to say, fucking hot.

Not so much the specifics, more the lack of common sense that is implied in the resutant message

Try not to 991... My favourite thing to yell at people about just now is not sticking in your own lane whilst driving... Don't mind when we're all going one way, it's annoying, but a simple beep usually fixes it... But when it's oncoming and they're just cruising over the line and basically playing chicken?

The fuck are you talking about?
First year all the races live combined with ticket prices are having an effect on attendance plus the races have taken a few rounds to reach broil. After Oakland I bet it will have an immediate bump on ticket sales. I am trying to think of a way I can make A3 as without a doubt it will be the best race of the season provided Roczen is 100 percent.

Was the F word really necessary? Lighten up Francis.

EDIT: To your responsibility post I don't think it was Reed's responsibility to make sure Canard's goggles were on. I think it is Reed's responsibility to accept whatever happened after he bumped Trey just like it is Stewart's to accept responsibility for the ban in the wake of his failing to file a TUE.

UFS, Boxing. coaching analogy is a FAIL in my book but that's just my opinion.

1) This isn't UFC or boxing, or any other type of "fight" championship
2) If I raced you, I'd cut over on you on the startLaughing

All this typing and all this opinion and no one knows anything.

Lots of grunting, howling and head slapping here on magic monkey mountain.

How many IQ points did we have to donate for membership here? I can't remember.

Some AMA dude explained it pretty simply on the broadcast last night.

Reed quit racing and went on a retaliatory mission to ram Trey. If he had raced into the next corner and stuffed him I am sure there would have been no black flag.

Not a fan of the black flag, but if this ever went to court it would be a waste of money for Chad

I was doign some contract work for Starbucks just after that McDonalds lawsuit. That suit was a great thing, for all of us as they tried to make sure no oen had to get third degree burns when they reached for their coffee at the drive up.

HBO did a documentary on that specific case. Hot Coffee, its called. You know she had to have skin grafts inside...well, inside where skin grafts dont feel great, for a woman. It turned into a joke, for the uninformed

I know Chads deal is not that serious, but I think he is trying to send a message about fair and just rulings AFTER due process. If this is a real sport, you cant have any oen person fly off the handle and black flag someone. How did Bowers not g t one?

They have given points back many times before. They simply can not leave the decision to remove a riders points in the hands of one man.
