I would be pissed getting taken out from behind, Trey deserved a slash across the ankles, but not WWE move. I'm sngure Reed knew who was behind him from his pit board and the gap.Make room or giddy-up. Easy to say, but Reed was finally in a position for a decent finish this year.

They are both veterans and I'm sure they will kiss and make up.

Wow, I think Reed and Grant were last and laster. Would make for a long week.

I'm a JS7 fan, but who hasn't lost it a bit in sports? I think the black flag was the perfect call. Even safer for Reed as jacked as he was, park that thing for the night, see ya next week.

Just a racing incident but in hindsight Canard was going faster anyway and maybe could have waited a turn or two and would have got through anyway, but in the heat of the moment these things happen.

Reed shouldn't have been black flagged though even if his payback was a bit over the top. Why not wait till the race is over and do something then like a fine. Reed wasn't the only guy that night to intentionally take some out. (and I don't inlcude Canard taking Reed out in that list because he didn't mean too).

It seems if you intentionally take someone out first that's ok , like Hansen and Barcia did but if you do it as retaliation it's not. Lesson of the night? Take them out first lol
You should look up the difference between the words accident and intentional. Reed was trying to block the line when Trey hit him, that was the right thing to do. I don't think Trey expected Chad to jump across and they "Accidentally" came together.

What Canard did was an accident/ not on purpose.

What Reed did was completely intentional/ on purpose.

I could see a rider riding in such a way to take someone out. We've all seen that. But from Treys standpoint...What was his plan...?

Lets jump into reed. My bike will land on his back, knock him over, but I will stay upright and gain a position?

You don't just make a left turn in mid-air. Jumping to the inside of a corner to cover a line happens in nearly every supercross race - Reed didn't do anything unusual. Canard had enough time to see Reed taking off the jump face at an angle, check-up a little & land on top of the table. I think Canard was focused on going for a block-pass, had the blinders on & paid no attention to what Reed was doing. Racing mistake, but avoidable. Had Canard not had a hand off the bar pulling a tear-off, he never would have gone down afterwards. Not justifying Reed's actions, but Canard didn't have full control of his bike when Reed bumped him.
