I have a pristine set of these and absolutely hate them. They never have worked very good in my opinion when compared to a conventional set of Fox forks or Simons that are set up right...very high sticksion and the seals don't last very long. High of cool factor but very poor performance...

Sweet looking Lid....You like the 6D ? I want one but they are not cheap and K already a new Shoei. How is the fit ? I love the when compared yo a bell or Shoei ? Any idea ?

Go with the hotter plug Mike. Move the clip up a notch and maybe a size smaller pilot.....your jetting is way off in my opinion as being the only issue. Hard to diagnose over a computer though. Porting and pipes along with the PVL changes things a bunch From a stock setup.

I'll stick to my Shoei.....gimmicky BS is not an option for me...

Your problem lies within your carb and not the PVL.....sounds like your a tad to fat on the pilot....where is the needle at ?

Cut it 50 50 with fresh fuel.....Not a problem at all if stored right.....
